Never Give Up - Monomad

In tug-of-war competitions, there are unique and interesting aspects to share. I observed some expressions on the faces of my students when they were involved in tug-of-war. Most of them had a never-give-up attitude on their faces.

In tug-of-war, participants strive to defend their territory from being pulled by the opposing team. When the marked tug-of-war rope touches the opponent's territory, that team is declared the winner.

Team cohesion and a strategy to identify the weaknesses of the opponent are the keys to achieving victory. While in the arena of competition, both teams will strive to defeat their adversaries. With a never-give-up spirit, they tenaciously pull the tug-of-war rope to overcome their opponents.

Their expressions are certainly adorable when we see them. But for them, those expressions are the sparks that ignite the motivation to keep on fighting.
