El establo y sus hamburguesas interesantes/ The stable and its interesting hamburgers [ESP-ENG]

¡Hola chicos de hive! Espero que estén muy bien. Esta vez les traigo una experiencia degustando unas hamburguesas nuevas para mí. Esta vez fue en un lugar llamado "El establo", es un lugar al aire libre y que visitamos en la noche para cenar. Este día estábamos con unos amigos de mi novio y de su hermano, amigos de juegos online, que viven en una ciudad cercana a nosotros y decidieron encontrase para hacer un plan agradable, nuestra segunda parada fue este lugar para cenar. Hablábamos sobre la comida y el presupuesto que teníamos y decidimos ir a este lugar con un estilo rústico.

Hi guys from hive! I hope you are doing great. This time I bring you an experience tasting some new burgers for me. This time it was at a place called “El establo”, it's an outdoor place that we visited at night for dinner. This day we were with some friends of my boyfriend and his brother, online gaming friends, who live in a city near us and decided to meet to make a nice plan, our second stop was this place for dinner. We were talking about the food and the budget we had and decided to go to this place with a rustic style.

Éramos 10 personas y algunas mesas estaban ocupadas así que nos unieron algunas mesas redondas para quedar juntos. Estaba lloviendo cuando llegamos y algunos lugares del suelo estaban mojados, pero nos ubicaron en un buen lugar y ninguna de estas dos cosas fueron de preocupación para nosotros.

There were 10 of us and some tables were occupied so we were joined by some round tables to stay together. It was raining when we arrived and some places on the floor were wet, but we were placed in a good spot and neither of these were of concern to us.

En este lugar nos recomendaron comprar la básica de pollo o carne para presupuestos pequeños, con pequeños me refiero a unos 6$ y estas no vienen acompañadas de papa fritas. Me comentaron que especialmente las hamburguesas de carne son su especialidad y tenía algunos nombre exóticos, con exóticos me refiero a nombre diferentes a los comunes.

In this place they recommended us to buy the basic chicken or beef for small budgets, with small I mean about 6$ and these do not come with fries. I was told that especially the beef burgers are their specialty and had some exotic names, by exotic I mean different from the common ones.

Mi novio y yo fuimos los últimos en pedir, yo quería probar una básica de pollo porque a pesar de que me gusta la hamburguesa de pollo y carne, prefiero la primera opción, además de esto, no tengo mucha experiencia comiendo en lugares diferentes hamburguesas de carne y no le tenía tanta fé. Mi hamburguesa básica se llamaba Thomas Jefferson y traía: Pan de papa artesanal, salsas tradicionales, lechuga,tomate, 180 gramos de pollo al grill, queso cebù. Y José por su lado pidió una de carne llamada Texas que costó 9,5$ y traía: Pan de papa artesanal, salsa tasty, lechuga, tómate, 150 gramos de carne premium, doble queso Kraft americano, doble tocino,cebollas al grill y pepinillos, acompañada de papas francesas.

My boyfriend and I were the last to order, I wanted to try a basic chicken burger because although I like the chicken and beef burger, I prefer the first option, besides this, I don't have much experience eating in different places meat burgers and I didn't have much faith in it. My basic hamburger was called Thomas Jefferson and it had: artisan potato bread, traditional sauces, lettuce, tomato, 180 grams of grilled chicken, cebù cheese. And Jose ordered a beef burger called Texas which cost $9.5 and had: Artisan potato bun, tasty sauce, lettuce, tomato, 150 grams of premium beef, double American Kraft cheese, double bacon, grilled onions and pickles, accompanied by French fries.

Me di cuenta que tardó un poco en llegar nuestro pedido, sin embargo, mi primera impresión para cuando las trajeron a la mesa fue muy buena. El olor era increíble y venían envueltas en un papel que las ayudaba a conservar su temperatura caliente.

I noticed that it took a while for our order to arrive, however, my first impression when they were brought to the table was very good. The smell was incredible and they came wrapped in a paper that helped them retain their warm temperature.

A la hora de degustar me llevé una desilución con mi hamburguesa. Mi pollo no estaba tan rico y estaba un poco seco, pero el complemento de todo lo demás estaba espectacular, especialmente el pan estaba divino. Rápidamente me arrepentí de comprar de pollo y no de carne, porque cuando probé la de mi novio mi estima al lugar subió nuevamente, la carne estaba espectacular, sabrosa y jugosa... Primera vez que me sucede que el pollo no es tan bueno como la carne. Mi cuñado, quien ya había venido antes me dijo que ese día el pollo no estaba tan bueno, porque en otras oportunidades es divino.

At tasting time I was disappointed with my burger. My chicken was not so good and was a little dry, but the complement of everything else was spectacular, especially the bread was divine. I quickly regretted buying chicken and not beef, because when I tried my boyfriend's, my esteem for the place went up again, the meat was spectacular, tasty and juicy.... First time that happens to me that the chicken is not as good as the meat. My brother-in-law, who had been there before, told me that the chicken was not as good that day, because on other occasions it is divine.

También tuve la oportunidad de probar otra hamburguesa que no recuerdo de qué era pero estaba espectacular. Me llevé una buena impresión a pesar de todo, volvería a venir y pediría una de sus hamburguesas de carne porque estaban verdaderamente buenas. Nos fuimos con buen ánimo y con ganas de volver a venir.

I also had the opportunity to try another burger that I don't remember what it was but it was spectacular. I had a good impression in spite of everything, I would come again and order one of their beef burgers because they were really good. We left in good spirits and looking forward to coming again.
