Today I show you how to make a healthy and simple recipe. This is zucchini, green and red peppers, easy and quick to make, very healthy, exquisite taste, low in calories and also rich in nutrients. It is ideal for lunch or dinner if you like. So here I share with you this good recipe.

Hoy les muestro como hacer una receta saludable y sencilla. Se trata de  calabacines, vainitas y pimientos verdes y rojos, fácil y rápida de hacer, muy sana, de sabor exquisito, baja en calorías y además rica en nutrientes. Es ideal para el almuerzo  o si gusta para cenar.  Así que aquí comparto con ustedes esta buena receta.

01 zucchini, 50 grams of vanita, 01 green bell pepper, 01 red bell pepper, 01 onion, 01 teaspoon of turmeric, 01 tablespoon of ground garlic, 01 tablespoon of soy sauce, 1/2 cup of water, coriander for garnish, salt and pepper to taste.



01 calabacín, 50 grs de vainita, 01 pimiento verde, 01 pimiento rojo, 01 cebolla, 01 cucharadita de cúrcuma, 01 cucharada de ajo molido, 01 cucharada de salsa de soja, 1/2 taza de agua, cilantro para decorar, sal y pimienta al gusto.

The first thing to do is to wash all the vegetables very well. Cut the zucchini into sticks, remove the two ends of the pods and cut them into cubes as well as the onion and the green and red peppers.


Lo primero que hay que hacer es lavar muy bien todas las verduras. Corta el calabacín en bastones, retira los dos extremos de las vainitas y córtalas en dados, así como la cebolla y los pimientos verde y rojo.

Place a frying pan on the stove and when it is hot add the chopped onion, let it fry for a few seconds, then add the green and red peppers and let it fry for two minutes, stirring from time to time.


Poner una sartén al fuego y cuando esté caliente añadir la cebolla picada, dejar sofreír unos segundos, a continuación añadir los pimientos verdes y rojos y dejar sofreír dos minutos, removiendo de vez en cuando.

Then add the beans and zucchini and cook over low heat, covered.



A continuación, añadir las vainitas y el calabacín y cocer a fuego lento, tapado.

After three minutes, uncover the pan and season with salt, pepper, ground garlic and turmeric. Mix, add half a cup of water, mix, cover and let cook for five minutes. Check if they are soft, turn off the heat, if not let them cook for three more minutes.


Después de tres minutos, destapar la sartén y sazonar con sal, pimienta, ajo molido y cúrcuma. Mezclar, añadir media taza de agua, mezclar, tapar y dejar cocer cinco minutos. Comprueba si están blandas, apaga el fuego, si no déjalas cocer tres minutos más.

And ready. When serving, decorate with chopped cilantro and this is how tasty these zucchini, pods and peppers have turned out. Enjoy.
