My Mood Therapy (LOH #208)

Have heard of cases where some individuals get themselves busy to kill off stress and sometimes mood swings. For some, it could be doing the chores while others might be visiting the beach or eating a specific meal.

Well, thanks to my books. Just as the prompts say, some characters get off mood swings through their favorite meals.

Mine isn’t entirely different, I mean I got my favorite meals too but it works more for me when I do the preparation myself and that’s where baking comes in.

I always say, that my view of baking had gone passed financial resources and is now more of a passion. I believe it’s the only activity that beats the place of reading books in my life.

Because as much as I love reading, it could never kill off mood swings. I could barely even hold a book at that.

From the moment I begin the preparation of my ingredients down to when it’s fully baked the aroma that comes alongside gives a 60% therapy to my bad mood and it most times completes the balance immediately am done with my baked meal because sleep always follows that and then I wake up feeling brand new.
I love baked meals and anything helps with my mood more when it’s done by me.
