Never Would I Ever Forget……….

First things first, I'll rewind back to 8 years old Tory lashed 14 strokes of bamboo sticks tied together instead of the regular cane.

Kids overseas did not know what God did for them. Oh, a story like this coming from a soft girl like me should tell you I somehow have the aje pako (life of the street ) blood because I didn't cry.. No no.. I didn't cry.

I'll Never Forget because my classmates' faces are still somewhere new in my memory. You can't call me a bully, but once I've given that instruction of tearing a sheet of paper while writing names of noise makers with my pencil the entire class goes quiet. A little mistake of pardoning a friend of mine led to taking everyone's lashes which resulted in the 14 strokes on my back, when I remember how I didn't give my classmates the satisfaction of seeing me cry makes me smile till date, so yes.. I'm proud of myself.

On the other hand, I'll never forget the most embarrassing moment of my life This was precisely grade one. Trying to fit in and laugh at everybody's jokes landed me a wrong foot.
Alright let me explain. At grade one I was called laughing gas simply because I laughed at everything whether funny or not. It went on until the very day I farted during one of our lessons.
You know that moment where everyone is laughing and all of a sudden the class goes mute and just as you're trying to process what just happened, louder laughter fills the air?
That was so me, poor me right? Thankfully my teacher, full of wisdom, was able to tame the class down and luckily it was the last period before we called it a day.
I ran out immediately. The bell rang and I cried when I got home and was scared of going to school the next day knowing everyone was already aware of what happened.

Okay, let's fast forward to 5-6 years ago, (recent story).
Well, this experience happens to be one of the toughest and weakest moments of my life.
When we were suddenly given a quick notice out of our rested apartment. That's not what triggered me the most. I'll Never Forget how we were not even given the chance to collect proper clothes for my parents last born, my baby brother who was barely months old before being kicked out of the house. At the end we were made to sleep in church before help came our way.

I'll Also Never Forget Jumping off a building due to anger. Haha.. This particular experience will surely be the most frequently mentioned story in my blog.
I knew the gravity of the statement “when pushed to the wall” means. Still I wouldn't justify my annoyance which led me jumping from a story building and in the process had my right leg dislocated. Well, that taught me a great lesson never ever to stupidly behave irrational when upset.

Lastly, Never Would I Ever Forget life lessons to me. And honestly speaking, you'll never know until you become me which is certainly not happening. Neither would I ever be able to completely feel the pains of a man who had gone through worse than I have seen.
In either way, I'm thankful for how life was, currently, while hoping for a better future. Being a person who had felt the both side of life in terms of enjoying a comfortable life just to become overnight, all shaped me to who I am today and so never plan on forgetting my struggles hoping to write on it some day.
