Young man, Carpenter and Twin bed
Young Man: "Good afternoon Sir."
Carpenter: "Good afternoon my friend. By the way, congratulations!"
Young Man: "Thanks."
Carpenter: "Your dad told me you secured a job immediately after your graduation."
Young Man: "It's part of why I've come. My company has allocated a house to me, but there are no furniture."
Carpenter: "So?"
Young Man: "I've come for you to make a bed for me to be used in the house."
Carpenter: "That's OK. I'll make a fine looking single bed that'll suit you."
Young Man: "Single? No. I want a double."
Carpenter: "You're still single, you need a solid single bed."
Young Man: "No, a twin bed."
Carpenter: "Why?"
Young Man: "I won't be single for life."
Carpenter: "Well, you're right. You're single today, to be two tomorrow."

Indeed. It is a waste of money to order a single bed if you might need a double in the future.
I hope the future will come with a bigger room as well. A partner will not like that nasty spot where it's hard to get in and outside the bed or even be able to sit.
