CHICHARRÓN, CHORIZO, SAUSAGES AND FRENCH FRIES (ENG-ESP)

Hello everyone, I hope you are very well and active in this community where we can share our homemade culinary arts, I bring you this delicious meal that I made this weekend to share at my daughter's house for dinner. Well, to kill our cravings we decided to make chicharrones with french fries, chorizo and sausages for a succulent and appetizing dinner.

Hola a todos, espero que estén muy bien y activos en esta comunidad donde podemos dar a conocer nuestras artes culinarias caseras, yo por aquí les traigo esta rica comida que realice el fin de semana para compartir en la casa de mi hija para la cena. Pues bien, para matarnos el antojo decidimos hacer chicharrones con papas fritas, chorizo y salchichas para una suculenta y apetitosa cena.

So first I assembled the pork with a little water and salt, since it was what took the longest to cook, then I fried the potatoes, once the potatoes were finished I continued with the chorizo and sausages, when I had them fried I chopped them and placed them in an aluminum tray, placing the potatoes first, then the chorizo and sausages, and finally the chicharrón, which was beautiful and very tasty.

Así que monte primero el cochino con un poco de agua y sal, ya que era lo que más demora al cocinar, luego fui friendo las papas, una vez terminadas las papas continué con los chorizos y las salchichas cuando ya tenía estas fritas las piqué y las fui acomodando en una bandeja de aluminio colocando primero las papas luego los chorizo y salchichas para dejar de último el chicharrón que dando hermoso y muy rico.
