My Idol is; Christiano Ronaldo

Introduction

Hello everyone! Good morning.
My name is Uzoma, am glad to be here for the first time, participating in "Your Writing Prompt #8".
This will be the first of many posts I would make in this beautiful community.

If I could share a day with anyone on earth, the person I would choose is Christiano Ronaldo. He is one of the best few to have played football (the soccer game). I will share why I choose him is subsequent paragraphs below.

Why Chose Christiano Ronaldo?

The person I would love to meet and spend some time with is Christiano Ronaldo. He is a footballer of Portuguese origin. He is one of the best people to have played the game of soccer.
As a senior football player, He have won a total of 35 trophies. He have played in all the top leagues in the world and have made history in all of them. This record is what many people can only dream of.

Moreso, since he was 24 years old, He regularly donates blood and bone marrow for sick people. This is one of the reasons He doesn't have a tattoo on. (If you get a tattoo, it will take you 6-12 months before you can donate blood).

Again, he is a good father and great family Man. With all his busy schedules he still makes out time to be with his immediate family and his kids. He also spends quality time with his extended family. We have always seen pictures of him spending quality times with his family either at home or during vaccinations.

Ronaldo values friendships. With everything He have achieved, many would think that he doesn't have friends, others mistake him as a proud person. But the truth is that, Renaldo values friendships, he doesn't forget his friends from the past. He visits them and gives them gifts.

"Cr7" as many call him, is also a philanthropist. He doles out millions of dollars for the reconstruction of cities and hospitals destroyed by natural desaster. He also also donated to fund treatment and sugries of some of his young fans.

He always makes out time for his fans. In the past, I had read a wrong notion which states that "Ronaldo is a proud person and does not have time gor his fans" this is completely false.
Each time Ronaldo is going out or after a game, He alway makes out time to relate and connect with His teaming fans. It is on record, that on one occasion during the 2018 FIFA world cup, he was running late, but still made out time to connect and comfort a fan who was crying. Christiano hugged Him and also gave Him an autograph.

He is a great team player. He have always given credit to his team after every win. He also finds a way to support his team mates to make them better on the pitch and off the pitch. He also maintains great friendship with his teammates.

Off the pitch, Ronaldo works very hard reasons he is still playing at the top leages at age 38. His fellow players have commented about how strong he trains. News has it that He is always the first player to arrive for training and the last to leave.

He is a very disciplined and intentional person. He doesn't smoke nor take alcohol. Also, he doesn't eat any form of processed food, also, He avoids sugar. He takes more of vegetables, grains and lean proteins with lots of water for proper hydration and recovery.
His diet most times includes; nuts, eggs, chicken, and a little amount of carbohydrates.

Conclusion

Therefore, if I could share a day with anyone in the world, it will be Ronaldo. I will eat his kinds of food, train with him, ask him questions about how he was able maintain fitness paying at the top in the best leagues in the world for more than 20 years.

In conclusion, its worthy of note that; Ronaldo acheived all these by hard work and dedication, reasons I chose him a my Idol.
Because I admire most things about him, he have also influenced me in a number of ways. Some of the ways he have influenced me is by my diet. Because of Him, I try to eat healthy meals, take fruits and excercise. I am gradually quitting alcohol.
Its very difficult not to like nor admire Ronaldo for what He is and and all He have achieved.

Finally, I wish to thank everyone in this community and the organizers of this contest. I will continue to come around and participate in activities the activities of this great community.
