Congreso MEME: Aprendiendo de Marketing, ventas y canales de distribución.
El día sábado pude asistir gracias a @Atlashv96 al Congreso Meme. Este es un evento donde se reúnen conferencistas expertos de diversas áreas del marketing digital y ventas. Su quinto aniversario se llevó a cabo en el aula magna de la Universidad Rafael Urdaneta.
Además de mis amigos y compañeros de la comunidad de Hive Calisthenics @Atlashv96 y @Hecatonquirox.
También invitamos a @Sugeily2, administradora de la comunidad Hive Zulia y está esforzándose para sacar adelante este proyecto.
Atilio Romero fue el animador del evento, se encargó de divertirnos y hacer que nos la pasemos chévere en todo momento. Siempre realizaba unas que otras dinámicas entretenidas en los intermedios.
Para este post quiero resaltar la ponencia del profesor Heiberg Castellano, que habló sobre la Retención del Cliente. Un tema que me resultó interesante, sobre todo cuando empezó a mostrar en pantalla varias fórmulas (Quizás y se debe a que estudio Contabilidad, y el ver cualquier fórmula me llama la atención😅). Heiberg nos recuerda que sí, es importante el hecho de conseguir nuevos potenciales clientes pero sin olvidarnos de los clientes anteriores, porque el crear un vínculo de confianza entre vendedor/cliente da como resultado las compras repetitivas.

Gracias a la oportunidad de asistir al evento, pude aprender y reforzar mi conocimiento en marketing y ventas.

On Saturday I was able to attend thanks to @Atlashv96 to the Meme Congress. This is an event where expert speakers from different areas of digital marketing and sales meet. Its fifth anniversary was held in the aula magna of the Universidad Rafael Urdaneta.
In addition to my friends and fellow Hive Calisthenics community members @Atlashv96 and @Hecatonquirox.
We also invited @Sugeily2, administrator of the Hive Zulia community and is working hard to move this project forward.
Atilio Romero was the entertainer of the event, he was in charge of amusing us and making us have a great time at all times. He always did some entertaining dynamics during the intermissions.
For this post I want to highlight the presentation of Professor Heiberg Castellano, who spoke about Customer Retention. A topic that I found interesting, especially when he started to show on screen several formulas (Maybe and it is because I study Accounting, and seeing any formula catches my attention😅). Heiberg reminds us that yes, it is important to get new potential customers but without forgetting about previous customers, because creating a bond of trust between salesperson/customer results in repeat purchases.
Thanks to the opportunity to attend the event, I was able to learn and reinforce my knowledge in marketing and sales.
