Hello everyone, I'm back to illustrations or rather caricatures, taking as an exercise the weekly contests of Splinterlands.

I set as a goal to make 5 illustrations in this style and the process has been slow, well sometimes days and days go by in which I don't have the will to draw, everyday life traps you and you occupy your mind and time in monotonous tasks. I see the works of others that are constant, they practically draw in two weeks what I do in a year, I would like to be more like that, but I think I'm not so, I don't know committed drawer? 😅.

My process of creation is slow, but I like the result of what I do, today I drew this character called Blackmoor Jinx; is a goblin who protects his home and makes mischief and if necessary casts some evil spells to whoever disturbs the creatures that live in the Blackmoor basin. This character catches my attention, since in the country where I live it is common to hear tales of roads about children enchanted by goblins that live in the plains, I sincerely hope they are just tales....

Hola a todos, he vuelto a las ilustraciones o más bien caricaturas, tomando como ejercicio los concursos semanales de Splinterlands.

Me puse como meta hacer 5 ilustraciones en este estilo y el proceso ha sido lento, bueno a veces pasan días y días en los que no tengo la voluntad de dibujar, la cotidianidad te atrapa y ocupas tu mente y tiempo en tareas monótonas. Veo los trabajos de otros que son constantes, prácticamente dibujan en dos semanas lo que yo hago en un año, me gustaría ser más así, pero creo que no soy tan, no sé ¿dibujante comprometida? 😅.

Mi proceso de creación es lento, pero me gusta el resultado de lo que hago, hoy dibuje este personaje llamado Blackmoor Jinx; es un duende que protege su hogar y hace travesuras y si es necesario lanza algunos maleficios a quien perturbe a las criaturas que viven en la cuenca de Blackmoor. Este personaje me llama la atención, ya que en el país donde vivo es común oír cuentos de caminos sobre niños encantados por duendes que viven en las llanuras, sinceramente espero que sean solo cuento...

Have you seen Mashle, magic and muscle? The second season of this series has an opening that became very popular and one idea led to another and so we ended up with a Blackmoor Jinx dancing bling-bang-bang-bang-born, it was also because of the influence of watching the series, I hadn't seen it at this point, but I think I wasn't missing much 😅.

Process

I took a picture of myself pretending to dance, (I don't know how to dance at all) to have a reference of how it would look anatomically, because the pose was kind of weird and I didn't really understand how the arms or feet should look like.

La segunda temporada de esta serie tiene un opening que se volvió muy popular y pues una idea llevo a otra y así terminamos con un Blackmoor Jinx bailando bling-bang-bang-born, también fue por la influencia de ver la serie, no la había visto a estas alturas, pero creo que tampoco me estuve perdiendo de mucho 😅.

Proceso

Me tomé una foto simulando que bailaba, (no sé bailar nada) para tener una referencia de como se vería anatómicamente, porque pues estaba como rara la pose y no entendía muy bien como deberían verse los brazos o pies.

After I had my sketch, I chose a background and then I made every detail with lines. The position of the hands allowed me to play with my imagination and that allowed me to fit something else to the drawing, that is a scissors 😅. Dancing with scissors, a native dance among the mischievous goblins.

Después de tener mi boceto, elegí un fondo y luego hice cada detalle con líneas. La posición de las manos daban para jugar con la imaginación y eso me permitió encajar algo más al dibujo, o sea una tijera 😅. Bailar con tijeras, un baile autóctono entre los duendes maliciosos.
