Querida comunidad, una semana más por aquí y hoy estoy Feliz de celebrar el 3 er aniversario de una familia de mujeres increíbles, una comunidad qué ha servido de desahogo, de aprendizaje, de reflexión y por supuesto de aprendizaje, una comunidad llena de mujeres valiosas

Dear community, one more week here and today I am happy to celebrate the 3rd anniversary of a family of incredible women, a community that has served as an outlet, learning, reflection and of course learning, a community full of valuable women.

1️⃣ ¿Cómo te ha beneficiado unirte a Ladies of Hive?

1️⃣ How has joining Ladies of Hive benefited you?

Pues Ladies of Hive me ha beneficiado y enriquecido muchísimo a nivel personal, es una comunidad de mucho aprendizaje y como ya dije llena de mujeres de valor, a lo largo de esta comunidad han pasado una gran variedad de temas que siempre pero siempre nos deja un aprendizaje, nos hace analizar diferentes situaciones en nuestras vidas o incluso poniendo situaciones hipotéticas, además de poder aprender de las demás, de su forma de pensar y actuar, porque si bien es cierto que a veces uno no aprende de experiencias ajena, de alguna forma nos ayuda a saber manejar un poco más la situación o de que forma canalizarla

Well Ladies of Hive has benefited and enriched me a lot on a personal level, it is a community of much learning and as I said full of women of value, throughout this community have passed a variety of topics that always but always leaves us a learning, makes us analyze different situations in our lives or even putting hypothetical situations, besides being able to learn from others, their way of thinking and acting, because while it is true that sometimes you do not learn from other people's experiences, somehow it helps us to know how to handle the situation a little more or how to channel it.

2️⃣ If you were the Loh judge this week, what two questions would you ask?

Las preguntas que me vienen a la cabeza son muy dirigidas a nosotras mismas a ponernos en retrospectiva sobre nosotras mismas, de como vemos a una mujer exitosa y si nos reflejamos en eso que escribimos, además de que el concepto de éxito es gigantesco y varía según lo que nosotras consideremos, en mi caso considero a una mujer exitosa, una mujer que vive de lo que le apasiona, una mujer que tiene tiempo para disfrutar de su familia y de sus logros

The questions that come to my mind are very much directed to ourselves to put ourselves in retrospect about ourselves, how we see a successful woman and if we reflect ourselves in what we write, besides the concept of success is huge and varies depending on what we consider, in my case I consider a successful woman, a woman who lives on what she is passionate about, a woman who has time to enjoy her family and her achievements.

La otra pregunta hace más referencia a lo que hemos vivido, a nuestros logros personales, profesionales o hasta emocionales, todos tenemos algo que nos enorgullece de nosotros mismos, reconocerlos es importante, además de que eso forma parte de las mujeres que somos hoy en día!

The other question refers more to what we have lived, to our personal, professional or even emotional achievements, we all have something that makes us proud of ourselves, recognizing them is important, besides that is part of the women we are today!
