LOH #164: MY CHRISTMAS PLANS

Hi guys welcome to my blog. It's been a while I wrote something or even opened Hive I have been really busy.

When I saw these topics, it took me back in time. Christmas is one of the times we can spend with our loved ones. I don't know about other people but christmas makes me happy. While I was younger, my family and I usually travel to the East for Christmas, my siblings and I go out everyday to watch masquerades and visit our friends

This is the first time I am spending Christmas without my parents and siblings because I have my own family and we will be spending the Christmas together. I have different plans for this Christmas and I am happy to share them with you guys.

Firstly:Organize a family Christmas dinner: one of the things I want to do this Christmas is to organize a Christmas dinner, I will plan the menu carefully, including traditional dishes (such as; isi ewu) and some inter continental dishes (such as; nkwobi and jambalaya). I will also decorate the house with festive decorations.

Secondly: Organize a gift exchange: Christmas is a time of giving and receiving, I already have my budget and I want to ensure that everyone has a chance to receive a thoughtful gift this period.

Thirdly: Volunteer for a charity:
Christmas is a time of giving back and I believe it is important for us to give back to those in need. Therefore my family and I will volunteer at any charity organization and help out in any way we can, we will also take some of our clothes that we no longer wear and shoes that no longer fits our leg and give to those in need.

Lastly, amidst all the festivities, I plan to create a little time for myself,whether it's just to sit down and read or book or go to a spa.

Overall, my plans for Christmas is just creating a warm atmosphere for all to enjoy, spending quality time with loved ones and creating memorable moments, indulging delicious food and practicing generosity.
