Actually death is a topic that alot of people try to run away from or to talk about whenever such a topic comes up .It stirs deep emotions and thoughts in all of us. At one point in time everyone gets to die whether we like it or not.it is a certainty of life that we all face. Personally, I don't feel uncomfortable talking about death. Infact I feel having an open discussion about it can be healthy.

Death, to me, is a natural part of the life cycle. It's the final chapter in everyone's story, but that doesn't make it any less important. In fact, I think the inevitability of death is what makes life sad. It's because our time is limited that every moment becomes precious.

Do I fear death? Yes and no. I don't fear the state of being dead, after all, we won't be conscious to experience it. What I do fear is the process of dying. I worry about pain, about leaving things unfinished, about the grief my passing might cause loved ones. But I try not to let this fear paralyze me. Instead, I use it as motivation to live fully and to nurture my relationships while I can.

I don't believe death should be a taboo subject. In many cultures, including some traditional African societies, death is openly discussed and even celebrated as a transition rather than an ending. I think Western cultures could learn from this. By talking about death, we can better prepare for it, both practically and emotionally.

Discussing death can help us put our lives in perspective. It can motivate us to resolve conflicts, express love, and pursue our dreams without delay. It can also help us make important decisions about end of life care and ensure our wishes are known to our families.
