Daily Blog: A Child's Blessing At The Church

Another last day of the week which is Sunday and you know what I always do when it is Sunday and that is going to the church and this time is different because it include child's blessing to one of the member of our church.

While we are having our normal routine in our Sunday mass, we insert the child's blessing at the end of the mass and we usually give time to it so that we can manage to have the child's blessing. This child blessing is another ceremony but only a little time since they only present the child together with their parents and as well as the godmothers and godfathers.

We experience that child blessing before on our daughter and I think that our daughter is the first of the first in the church of the child's blessing for that pastor that we have now and that pastor is also the father of my wife.

They had a small celebrations after the child's blessing because that's usually the tradition that people always do here in our place that after any event or occasion, there will be a snack or a meal for the people that went into the place.

We were so happy that I witness another child blessing in this church and I think this will be the 3rd time that I experience a child blessing in our church after our daughter.
