[Writing contest] My favorite month... December 😊

Hello friends, this week's topic I didn't have to think twice, because there is one month of the year that outstands for me and for many reasons it is my favorite.

As you may know from the title, I'm talking about the month of December, a very significant month for me in several aspects. I enjoy this month very much, especially in its last days, because I have a few days off to rest. Here are my reasons:

• 1- This is one of the months of the winter season, which is my favorite season, I love the cold weather and seeing the cloudy sky.

• 2- I am a teacher and on December 22 is celebrated Teacher's Day, so it is a very special day that celebrates my profession. On that day we do an activity at school with the students, and also we teachers have our little party and we have a great time.

• 3- December 23rd is the most special day, because it is my birthday and you can imagine how much fun I have, I usually go out to eat with my husband and my family.

• 4- Then comes December 24th and we celebrate Christmas Eve with a family dinner.

• 5- We continue with birthdays, because December 29 is my brother's birthday, another party 🥳.

• 6- Finally, I could not miss the last day of the month and of the year. This day I celebrate it doubly, since it is not only the end of the year but also my dad's birthday.

As you can see, I have a lot of activity in December and many reasons to celebrate, that's why it is my favorite month, I think it could not be otherwise 🤷🏻‍♀️😅.
