Anime Tracks Thursday Contest
Imagine you're the DJ and I'm your audience.
I'm pretty sure you've heard a lot of anime songs or are you always skipping the OST? 😅 Hopefully, you still listen to the songs every now and then because they're gems!
For the theme:
It should be an anime song, of course. Old or new, anything is fine as long as it suits with the theme.
Let's just assume that you are going to be experiencing your wedding day, what anime song would you play on your special event?

I don't plan on getting married, but I like Kimi + Boku = Love by TegoMasu used in Lovely Complex. It's not something to be played during the ceremony, but maybe during the after-party because it's catchy... :)

This will be perfect...
If I do get married, even though I don't have a plan for it, this prompt made me think of Rie Fu's song "I Wanna Go to a Place." One of gundam seed destiny ending song
"I wanna go to a place where I can say
That I'm all right and I'm staying there with you
I wanna know if there could be anyway
That there's no fight, and I'm safe and sound with you"
The intro is perfect for walking down the aisle, even though the overall meaning of the song is sad and about longing for someone who is no longer there (my interpretation of the song). For me, it's the melody and the opening verse that resonate the most and the Japanese part in 1:46
"imademo kidzukanai deshou kono shizuka na sora ni
itsudemo omoidasu kedo mou doko nimo modorenai"
It shakes my heart 💞 it's so heartfelt the way it's sung. Imagine playing this song in the background while walking down the aisle, and the setting features a sunset wedding beside the beach.
As a bisexual, I could either be the one walking down the aisle to my future hubby or be waiting at the altar for my future wife walking towards me. Either way, the song is perfect.
I really played some anime songs at my marriage 😍😍 I wish I could join the contest I must put more attention on the anime community.

I'm looking at this now. How great, thank you so much. How exciting to be around. : ) You gave me a hard time this time. There are several songs I would play at my wedding; although I don't know if I'll get married ha ha ha. The odds of them happening I think would be great. If I do I would like to get married in white.
The song I will choose has something special to me. I grew up watching a lot of anime, but this is a tough decision... It is my wedding after all. I won't complicate it, I would choose two songs.
I think at that time I must, I have to feel the power of the cosmos :P. You must already know where I'm going, I think it's an achievement and it would be like making a pegasus meteor. I'm going to be classic, faithful to what I love. To what I like and brings me old memories, the best moments of my life. Without a doubt it has to be Pegasus Fantasy.
My second choice is more special and makes sense. I didn't grow up with my dad, I only got to see him about 8 times in my entire life. I think that's a lot of times. Our conversations have always been over the phone. I grew up watching Naruto, I think the hope in the anime and the way Naruto fought even though Minato and Kushina weren't physically with him was amazing. Yes it's my wedding, I would place Hotaru no Hikari the number 5 opening of the anime. The lyrics have something really cute in them.
This part has a lot of things and I was telling myself that it wasn't the end. You can still go on. At my Wedding I would say you achieved it, you will achieve many more things. It's the beginning. What do you think?

Reading this quest out loud and the first sound that popped into my head was CLOSER by Joe Inoue from Naruto Shippuden. If memory serves me right this sound track was used in the arc Shikamaru lost Azuma sensei which built up to him seeking revenge immobilizing Hidan the immortal forever ( my favourite arc in the series).
To be honest I don't even know how I'll do it but one things for certain if this sound pops off on my wedding, I am completely wilding out. What am I even saying this song is perfect for my wedding right down from how it starts till the sound fades. This is what I want.-
