Most guys post their results on the last day (but your shares must be not older than 11 days). The last day this time will be January 23, until 13:00 UTC.

Up to you. If you want to delete your shares and post them later, it would be fine since you are new here. :)

I edited out the submissions from this comment. I will make a new comment later for my submission.

So the Reddit post can't be older than 11 days and January 23rd 13:00 UTC is is the timeline to submit the entry yeah.
