It has been more than 3 months since the formation of the 50K List Power Club. The Club is a great success in terms of achieving its three objectives, which are:

a) To reduce the selling pressure on List Tokens and consequently to shore up its price.

At the time of the inception of the Club the price of List was hovering around 0.001 Hive/List and at times dropping below it. Ever since then the price has steadily climbed and today the price stands at more than 0.00180, a 80% increase.

If you look at the the Depth Chart (see below) for the List Token you will see that the Demand far exceeds Supply. Three (3) moths ago, the Supply far exceeded Demand. If you have been following the chart for the last 3 months you would have noticed that the Supply has been dwindling gradually and continues to do so.

In my estimation, within a year from today, the price would, ceteris paribus, conservatively reach 0.005 Hive/List or more. That is an extremely conservative estimate and given that the Maximum Supply for $List is only 500 million - half of that for $LEO tokens- the potential upside for $LIST is likely to be much much higher.

If a Burn Post is posted regularly to burn $LIST, like this one, it is likely to help shore up the price even further.

b) To give an opportunity to the Club Members to save through powering-up the $LIST, which has good potentials, whilst following the best practices in Hive and List Tribe and maintaining good blogging standards, including avoiding plagiarism and copyright infringements.

c) To provide an opportunity to the Club Members to use 50% of the earnings (Author Rewards + Curation Rewards, + Staking Rewards) upon reaching their target savings of 50K List Power. When members have reached the 50K List Power, even without posting any content, they will be earning daily Curation Rewards and Staking Rewards in $LIST. If the price of LIST keeps increasing, as expected, these rewards could turn out to be substantial.

Given the success of the Club in continually reducing the selling pressure on the List Token and as long as the Club continues to function, the price of the $List token is expected to rise even further month after month.

As a member of the Club, you too can help to maintain/shore the price by ensuring that you support content of those who are Club members and are committed to objectives of the Club as listed above.

If you are a member of the Club and did not receive upvote from me for your posts or comments, it simply means you have not followed one or more of the Club Rules. All you need to do, is follow the rules strictly for your next posts onwards and you will be good to go. Correcting your mistake after the fact does not usually guarantee a vote.

If you are a regular and follow the rules strictly, you may also be rewarded by way of votes for your comments. So go ahead and make it a regular habit to comment to posts or reply to comments of those participating in the Club.

Those of you who are not active by not posting any articles for more than six months will be deemed to have forfeited their Club membership.

Rules of the 50K List Power Club

To be a member of this club you will need to agree to abide by the following terms and conditions:
a) Use the Hivelist tags properly as per the Hivelist.io Guidelines. For example, use the #contests tag ONLY when you are organizing or participating in a contest and wish to promote the contest via your post.
b) Provide a descriptive sentence with a clickable link (see sample below) to the contest, event, services etc. (This rule is applicable to only the participants and not the organizers of the contest, events etc. whose posts are promotional posts or advertisements in themselves.)
c) The text and images in your post are free of plagiarism and copyright infringement.
d) Your posts, articles / write-ups are of reasonable length (preferably minimum 250 words). If you are participating in a poem writing contest this rules does not apply.
e) You commit to power-up ALL your earnings in LIST tokens regularly as you earn them until you reach 50k List Power.
f) Upon reaching 50K List Power, you need to power-up only 50% of your subsequent LIST earning to continue receiving my support. You are free to use the other 50% as you like after that.
g) Post regularly using one or more Hivelist tags. If you are not in compliance with the rules or not active by not posting any articles for more than 6 months you will be deemed to have forfeited the membership.
h) These Rules may be amended from time to time to accommodate changing circumstances.
i) Admission to the membership is at the absolute discretion of the organizers.

Depending on your regularity and compliance with the Rules, your membership will be either confirmed or declined subsequently within 3 months. You will be notified accordingly in due time. If you were invited to join 50K List Power Club previously but did not take up the offer, please do not apply for 50K List Power Club.
