On your ecency wallet page click on Engine Tokens.
After that look for List Tokens in the list of tokens you see.
After that click on the stake button.
In the pop-up fill in your username in the "To" row (i.e From @yourusername to @yourusername) and the amount in the "Amount" row.
Click "next" and "confirm".
