It is now September. We have been preparing for our fall activities for some time now.

The photo is a past scene from an event I will be participating in.
I have been battening down the hatches during the summer, and although it is still hot, I think it is time for me to get going.

This fall, I have one event to exhibit at and one solo exhibition.
Both will be held in Kyoto.

I am grateful that I don't have to pay for lodging when I am in my hometown.
Both events will be held in Okazaki, a cultural zone with many museums, shrines, and temples.

Many Hive residents live far away, but it is the fall tourist season and we hope you will stop by while you are sightseeing.

First up is the October event, artDive2024.
This is the first time it has been held in five years.
Various artists will gather, and there will be about 650 booths over the two days.
I will be there with great enthusiasm, so please come and find your favorite piece of art.

In November, I will have my first solo exhibition in a long time. This one will be held at ALC Library & Gallery in Okazaki,

It will be held at the ALC Library & Gallery in Okazaki, just around the time when the autumn leaves are at their peak. There are many places around the area that are famous for their autumn foliage, so I hope you will drop by while you are out sightseeing.

Akiko Yada's solo exhibition “The Depths of Our Relationship with the World ”

9月になりました。先日から秋の活動に向けて準備をしております。

写真は参加するイベントの過去の様子です。
夏の間はひたすらバテていたので、まだ暑いですがそろそろ頑張らねばと思います。

今年の秋はイベント出展が1件、個展が1件あります。
いずれも京都で行います。

地元だとやっぱり宿泊費が要らないのがありがたいですね。
どちらも岡崎という美術館や神社仏閣が集まった文化ゾーンで開催されます。

Hiveは遠方にお住まいの方が多いですが、秋の観光シーズンですし、観光ついでに立ち寄っていただければと思います。

まずは10月のイベント、artDive2024です。
5年ぶりの開催だそうです。
様々なアーティストが集まり、2日間で約650ブースの出展があります。
私も気合出して出展しますので、お気に入りの一品を見つけてください。

それから11月には、久しぶりの個展です。こちらは岡崎の、
ALC Library & Galleryで実施します。
ちょうど紅葉が真っ盛りの頃だと思います。周辺には紅葉の名所がたくさんありますので、観光ついでに立ち寄っていただければと思います。
