Greetings dear Ladies of Hive, today I join this week's Contest #196, with some questions proposed by @saffisara.

2️⃣ What was your favorite toy when you were a child, and why?
1️⃣ I am a person who respects and likes the sea and also the mountainous places, but if I were given the choice between one of the two, I would choose the mountains, I feel more at ease and at peace.
Living near water is not very pleasant, because of the rising of the sea and the floods that can occur, plus, once we stayed very close to the beach, and the moquitos did not let me sleep all night.
And living near the mountains, I did it once in Merida, a state in my country, in a very nice cabin, by the way, it felt very good, so point more to the mountains.

2️⃣ As for favorite toy, I liked my barbies a lot, I played all the time with her, however, there is a particular toy that I have a lot of appreciation and it is the barbie cash register machine, which I asked for once at Christmas, but, it could not be possible to acquire it, however, the following year it was there, I longed so much for that toy that became real, I played a lot with it, I even still have it, but without all its pieces.
Even so, everything my parents gave me, I always played with them, there wasn't one that I didn't use, I appreciate them a lot, although taking care of them was not my thing, I left that to my sister, because she was a destroyer, and my nephew is just like me, even worse; the reason was not that I liked it, but that I experimented with it, I even thought I was a hairdresser and well, they were a disaster.
Nowadays, I am so grateful to my parents for giving me the opportunity to have them, because I know it was not easy, but they tried and also, as they bought me toys for boys, they remained as my nephew's legacy.

2️⃣ ¿Cuál era tu juguete favorito cuando eras niño? ¿Y por qué?
1️⃣ Soy una persona que respeta y me gusta el mar y también los lugares montañosos, pero, si me dieran a escoger entre uno de los dos, elegiría las montañas, me siento más a gusto y como en paz.
Es que, vivir cerca de aguas no es algo muy grato, por las subidas del mar y las inundaciones que pueden ocurrir, aunada que, una vez nos quedamos muy cerca de la playa, y los moquitos no me dejaron dormir toda la noche.
Y vivir cerca de las montañas, lo hice una vez en Mérida, un estado de mi País, en una cabaña muy bonita, por cierto, se sintió muy bien, así que punto más a la montaña.

2️⃣ En cuanto a juguete preferido, me gustaban muchos mis barbies, jugaba todo el rato con ella, sin embargo, hay un juguete que en particular que le tengo mucho aprecio y es la máquina registradora de barbie, el cual pedí una vez en navidad, pero, no pudo ser posible adquirirla, sin embargo, al año siguiente estaba ahí, anhelada tanto ese juguete que se hizo real, jugué mucho con ella, incluso aun la tengo, pero sin todas sus piezas.
Aun así, todo lo que me regalaban mis papás siempre jugué con ellos, no hubo uno que no usara, los aprecia un montón, aunque cuidarlos no era lo mío, eso se lo dejaba a mi hermana, porque bien destructora que era, y mi sobrino es igual a mí, hasta peor; el motivo no era que me gustara, sino que experimentaba con ello, incluso me creía peluquera y bueno, resultaban todo un desastre.
Actualmente, les agradezco tanto a mis padres el haberme dado la oportunidad de tenerlos, porque sé que no era fácil, pero lo intentaban y también, como me compraban juguetes para varón, quedaron como legado de mi sobrino.

Es de los poco juguetes que se conservaron en buen estado, a parte de las Barbies y los juguetes más para niños que, ahora mi sobrino disfruta, digame mi hermana con sus casas de Barbie, están como nueva. 😊
It is of the few toys that were preserved in good condition, apart from Barbies and more children's toys that, now my nephew enjoys, tell me my sister with her Barbie houses, they are like new. 😊

I know it can be Hard as a parent to afford some things for their kids.
I like you Looved my barbies but we couldn't afford a barbie house or furnitures... So I made a house myself from Cardboard and furniture of styrofoam and matches and match boxes 😁 lol
It worked and I could make things that you couldn’t buy for barbies but I had made... Lol
And I agree on the mountains being a good choice to be, and the enviroment there gives you peace like no other, and better to be if a flood came instead of close to the water.
