Hola querida comunidad de Ladiesofhive, un gusto estar participando en este nuevo Concurso en donde hablaremos de un tema que hoy día destaca mucho y es sobre el empoderamiento en el cual para mí se trata de aquella mujer que es capaz de salir adelante por sí sola, montar su negocio y crecer de manera profesional apoyándose en sus conocimientos, estudios y conocidos que puedan aportar algo positivo a su crecimiento económico y desarrollo de sus ideas revolucionarias, el resaltar y tener un significado en lo que hace y quiere desarrollar.

El empoderamiento de las mujeres es importante porque es una fase en la que uno puede cambiar su destino, comúnmente somos el apoyo de alguien más o dependemos del que trabaja y lleva a casa lo cual no es malo pero tampoco es totalmente bueno, ya que no te permite crecer de forma profesional y porque no personal, ya que la idea de tener tu propio negocio, revolucionar tus ideas, manejar tus finanzas, lo que haces y quieres realizar es algo bueno te ayudar también a crecer de forma interna, el autoestima, a valorarte cada vez más y ser más independiente, ya que la idea de tener lo que uno quiere y conseguirlo por sus propias manos no tiene precio.

No quiere decir que el tener un apoyo que te ayude y guie sobre todo en las cuestiones del hogar sea malo, sin embargo, el trabajar mutuamente, el ser un aliado y conseguir ambos lo que desean para la familia o para uno mismo es de gran ayuda y satisfacción personal, la idea del empoderamiento es realmente algo que nos permite como mujeres cambiar las ideas de antes de solo servir para la casa, para limpiar, cuidar muchachos, cocinar y todo eso, las mujeres podemos aportar más sobre todo en el trabajo, bueno conozco una amiga que ella tiene un negocio con su esposo y ella maneja mejor los empleados y las situaciones críticas que él, le pido consejo y todo jeje.

Ahora, hablando de la última pregunta, ¿Qué le gustaría decir a las mujeres jóvenes de hoy, qué consejo les daría? Que luchen por sus sueños, que antes de que se casen y tengan hijos más adelante ya tenga su mundo laboral armado, no quiere decir que solo deben dedicarse a ellos, que busquen continuar con su trabajo, con su momento tener su negocio, el dedicarse solo a casa no lo vale todo, también es necesario hacer otras cosas, dedicarse a uno mismo, tener sus expectativas, mantenerse regia y luchar por lo que se quiere, es bonito tener su familia, cuidarlos y estar para ellos, pero cuando crecen en el caso de los hijos se van y tienen sus familias, entonces uno queda ahí sin nada si te quedaste sin hacer nada, arma desde antes de ello lo que deseas para que siempre tengas algo que dar y tener cuando ese momento llegue.
