Among the diversity of living things in this world, the soldier dragonfly (Pantala flavescens) may look like a small creature that is not so special. However, behind its simple appearance, this dragonfly holds an interesting story about adaptation and its important role in the ecosystem.


One thing that makes soldier dragonflies stand out is their ability to perform long migrations. They are often seen crossing the ocean, traveling thousands of kilometers from one place to another, regardless of geographical boundaries.
