Hello Hivers...

This post is my entry for the Portrait Photography Contest hosted by @Photofeed. If you would like to enter this contest, please read and follow the rules here
Amidst the vast expanse of rice fields, the careful steps of a farmer mark the beginning of a profound ritual in agricultural life: uprooting rice seedlings. Slowly but surely, the farmer’s rough yet gentle hands reach out one by one for the rice seedlings that have sprouted with hope.

More than just a daily task, uprooting rice seedlings is an endeavor that requires patience and skill. Farmers closely observe each plant, ensuring that only the best and most ready are selected to grow further. It is a manifestation of the deep bond between humans and nature, where farmers become a vital link between everyday life and the vast cycles of nature.

Amidst the simplicity of their work, lies a profound wealth of experience. These farmers are unsung heroes who bring each stalk of rice to life with the hope of a better future. For them, uprooting rice seedlings is not just a job, but a story of life, struggle, and hope that continues to blossom under the radiating sunlight.

This is a story about a farmer who uprooted rice seedlings. A story about simplicity, a life full of meaning, and a dedication to the land that provides us with life.

Important Note: I wrote in Indonesian, then translated it using Google Translate.
