2️⃣ Breast and uterine cancer is a great concern for women and has become a very common health problem. What are the self-care measures you adopt to ensure that your health is at its optimal level? How often do you have medical check-ups and what self-care routines do you follow in your daily life?
When I was 28 years old I had a beautiful boyfriend, but there came a time when I didn't want him to touch me, everything bothered me and then I realized that my left side hurt a little, specifically In the area of my breasts, my left breast, it was a stabbing pain at times, something sharp, not so strong that I screamed or anything like that, but it was quite uncomfortable.
I was scared, I was worried but I took matters into my own hands and I went to the University Clinical Hospital of Caracas, I made my appointment very early and I was there all day until in the afternoon when I finally They attended, even though I tried to stay calm and be relaxed as if nothing was happening, I was really tense, the doctor when touching me to check for other ailments told me:
Cancer doesn't hurt! If it hurts, it's not cancer! So calm down! Just relax!
He sent me to take Diclofenac pills for eight days and then I had to return, so I did, a doctor saw me and he gave me an appointment again a week later so that another doctor in the Pathology room, I continue to stay calm, it no longer hurt at all thanks to the pills but I was worried, maintaining a good mood but in my head, thinking about a thousand things!
Another long wait on the day scheduled for the new appointment, there were many women, and each one had a story, that they were pushed and shouted to the heavens that the mammogram was terrible, that they couldn't stand the pain, that the injector was too big, each woman in the room had a more terrible story than the other... I think the only "underage" and skinny one was me hahaha, when it was my turn the new doctor was super friendly and He treated me the best, which I was very grateful for. Prior to this, I showed him a breast echo and he did a biopsy on each breast, not with a scalpel, but with a puncture (fine injector) where he extracted the necessary samples, look, the breast Where it hurt, almost nothing came out, but in the right breast it did, liquid.
They gave me cotton and ice so that my breasts would not turn purple, other pills to relieve the pain in case it occurred, and again after eight days, I went to the laboratory to get results. the University, it turns out that they were not ready, eight more days…. I thought I was going crazy until finally the results were: A fibroadenoma and something else called noma in the other breast, which I no longer remember.
In simple words:
NOTHING TO WORRY ABOUT, they were benign cysts, very small and treated in time, which could be cured thanks to a healthy diet, without caffeine, soft drinks, chocolates, yellow cheese, sweets. ...
But doctor, if I don't drink coffee, or soda or eat sweets, my diet is healthy, I don't understand!

All women from 20/25 years old should start taking care of themselves, in your case it is fat that has accumulated there, nothing serious and since you are small and lack muscle mass perhaps it is As it is concentrated, some obtain it to a greater extent, all women over the age of twenty should take vitamin E.
A few years later I developed cysts on my ovaries…🤦♀
Today both my breasts and my uterus and ovaries are healthy, I have learned to eat better, including salads, proteins and I do not prohibit myself from indulging in a good coffee or chocolate, I highly recommend following the instructions from your doctor but also natural medicines, for example, banana or plantain stem mixed with sugar cane extract and taken on an empty stomach every day, one month on and one month off, help to purify the body and eliminate cysts.
Once a year get all the necessary checkups, TAKE CARE OF YOURSELF, and TOUCH YOURSELF.
DON'T GIVE neglect a CHANCE, it is not ideal to go through certain uncomfortable situations to understand that we must love and care for ourselves more, take care of our physical and mental health but above all, have FAITH.
NOTE:
Please do not go through this alone, whether it is a benign cyst or not, do not go to the doctor alone, go with a good friend or count on your family to give you the necessary support, if you go alone, pick up a good book reading, I repeat, take care of your mental health.

Oh my dear you have had to go through so much pain. It's nice that you are in a healthy state now and taking good care of yourself.
Saludos.
¡Gracias a Dios, Gracias a Dios y gracias a DIOS!
