Spending my $50: Week #225

All of this week's topics are interesting, but the topic of : " do I spend my $50 on clothes or books?" really caught my attention. With this one I'll make my entry to #week225.

Without thinking about it, I would spend them on clothes 😁, because really at this moment it is for me a necessity, I think it's been a long time since I have not had that amount of money to invest in clothes, with the economic crisis that has hit my country Venezuela, the salary is not even enough to eat, much less for clothes 😌.

I remember a long time ago I used to buy clothes, at least twice a year, when I received vacations and Christmas bonus, but it's been years since that doesn't happen.

Yes it is true that books 📚 are very important because they enrich our knowledge, but, I can download them on the internet 😁🫣, clothes are not downloaded 😁 you have to buy them 🫣.

50$ in my country is not enough to buy many garments, but, I would use it for a jeans skirt, a blouse 👚 and a pair of sandals, they would suit me very well 👚.

To finish I tell you an anecdote from last year: I am a high school teacher, and a student invited me to her 15th birthday, guess why I didn't go? I didn't have the right clothes to attend a party 🥴🥴.
