Saludos nuevamente queridos amigos de la comunidad, el dia de hoy les presento mi entrada al concurso 259 de @Splinterlands, es esta oportunidad he decidido dibujar la carta llamada Lux Vega, su aspecto se me hizo muy similar a un mago o prestidigitador con su sombrero de copa y bastón, y antes de leer su biografía pensé que se trataba de algo así, pero sus orígenes son un tanto más misteriosos, se dice que suele andar en su carreta tirada por un cerdo de tres ojos y que en su interior posee un portal que te lleva al Spliterfest, una festividad fuera de serie, llena de desenfreno y solo ella tiene la potestad de ordenar quien, es una dama seductora y es la anfitriona de una fiesta sin par donde reina el placer sin límites, les mostraré un poco de lo que ha sido la ilustración de este personaje, espero me acompañen.

Greetings again dear friends of the community, today I present my entry to the 259th contest of @Splinterlands, this time I decided to draw the card called Lux Vega, its appearance was very similar to a magician or conjurer with his top hat and cane, and before reading his biography I thought it was something like that, but its origins are somewhat more mysterious, It is said that she usually rides in her cart pulled by a three-eyed pig and that inside she has a portal that takes you to Spliterfest, a festival out of series, full of debauchery and only she has the power to order who, she is a seductive lady and is the hostess of a party like no other where pleasure reigns without limits, I will show you a little of what has been the illustration of this character, I hope you join me.

En primer lugar dibuje la figura de esta dama, en una pose seductora con uno de sus brazos levantados, donde tiene el pase para poder ingresar en el portal hacia la fiesta, en el otro brazo sostiene su bastón ornamental, su ropa se compone de un chaleco con escote al frente un cuello de tortuga negro, unas hombreras de armadura, además de mangas de tela ceñida negra, y una falda con una abertura, sostenida por un par de correas y por supuesto su sombrero de copa; no pude distinguir muy bien en la carta su peinado, pero se me hizo similar a dos trenzas, su mirada tiene un tinte retador y eso me gusto mucho.

Luego que hice el dibujo coloque todos lo colores base, para ello tuve muy presente la imagen original para colocar los colores más adecuados.

First I drew the figure of this lady, in a seductive pose with one of her arms raised, where she has the pass to be able to enter the portal to the party, in the other arm she holds her ornamental cane, her clothes are composed of a vest with neckline in front, a black turtleneck, armor shoulder pads, plus sleeves of tight black fabric, and a skirt with a slit, held by a pair of straps and of course her top hat; I could not distinguish very well on the card her hairstyle, but it looked to me similar to two braids, her look has a challenging tinge and I liked that a lot.

After I made the drawing I placed all the base colors, for this I kept in mind the original image to place the most appropriate colors.

Comencé como siempre con el coloreado de la piel, usadon tonos luces y sombras para crear las formas de su figura, desde el primer momento considere colocar el portal a su espalda por eso elegí tonos fríos y opacos para esta parte, luego procedí con el coloreado de la tela de su chaleco, falda y sombrero, colocando igualmente los tonos luz y sombra para crear las texturas de las telas.

I started as usual with the coloring of the skin, using light and shadow tones to create the shapes of her figure, from the first moment I considered placing the portal on her back so I chose cold and opaque tones for this part, then I proceeded with the coloring of the fabric of her vest, skirt and hat, placing also the light and shadow tones to create the textures of the fabrics.

Luego procedí a colorear los elementos metálicos de su atuendo como lo son sus correas y el borde de su escote, en la carta se pueden apreciar diferentes materiales, como tono bronce y plateados mezclados en todo su atuendo

Then I proceeded to color the metallic elements of her outfit such as her straps and the edge of her neckline, in the card you can see different materials such as bronze and silver tones mixed throughout her outfit.

El proceso de creación de esta ilustración estuvo cargada de indecisión y cambios que fui haciendo a medida que avanzaba, uno de ellos fue la de dejar que la trenza cayera hacia atrás en lugar de colocarla delante de la figura,también cambié la forma de sus hombreras, las primeras que dibuje me parecían poco femeninas y no me gustaban, el último cambio fue el dejar o no las mangas negras, finalmente me terminaron agradando.

The process of creating this illustration was full of indecision and changes that I made as I went along, one of them was to let the braid fall backwards instead of placing it in front of the figure, I also changed the shape of her shoulder pads, the first ones I drew seemed unfeminine and I didn't like them, the last change was to leave or not the black sleeves, finally I ended up liking them.

Uno de los elementos con los que tuve algo de conflicto, pero que no podía dejar de lado era la coloración azul en un lado de su rostro, fue difícil encontrar la forma de hacerlo ver bien, pero bajando un poco la opacidad de la capa con este efecto logré un resultado que me gustó.

Luego solo restaba hacer el portal a su espalda, decidí que lo enmarcaria en óvalo delimitado por ramas de diferentes grosores y me encantó.

One of the elements with which I had some conflict, but that I could not leave aside was the blue coloration on one side of his face, it was difficult to find a way to make it look good, but lowering a little the opacity of the layer with this effect I achieved a result that I liked.

Then all that was left to do was to make the portal on his back, I decided to frame it in an oval delimited by branches of different thicknesses and I loved it.

Por último solo restaban colorear el brillo propio de un portal dimensional, en la descripción de la carta relata que el brillo que emanaba de este portal es de una coloración dorada, por lo oque elegí solo tonos amarillos y naranjas para colorearlo, luego dibuje un fondo boscoso con estrellas brillantes en el cielo, el cual cambie por otro similar, pero con los árboles un poco más lejos de la escena

Finally, I only had to color the brightness of a dimensional portal, in the description of the letter it says that the brightness emanating from this portal is of a golden color, so I chose only yellow and orange tones to color it, then I drew a wooded background with bright stars in the sky, which I changed by another similar, but with trees a little further away from the scene.
