One lovely Sunday, I went to the farm to plant cassava and while preparing the stalks to be planted, the chickens came near me to feed on the carabao grass that grew on the side of the narrow path.
This is my entry
Chickens like to eat grass as well as the insects rhat hide in them aqbut this time, they ate mostly grass, I guess they think they needed more fiber since what my mun gives them every day is yellow corn, perhaps they know what lacks on their diet, unlike me that consumes likely unbalanced meals and is more on carbs.
Watching the chickens gave me a long pause at work as they were very entertaining, just in time my hands were sore on chopping rhe stalks.
The chickens were my mother and I am very happy to see that she was blessed with many chickens which she can sell to by her needs. Her chickens were the nes she used so I can have an allowance back when I was still in college ad has helped us financially in so many ways.
This will be all for now, thank you for your support and time.
Happy New Year!
It is so lovely to see your entry. These chickens are well looked after.
