[ESP-ING] Freelance or Out-of-Home Work

We are in the age of technology and it is very easy to work from home and in fact now many young people and adults have opted for this option, I remember when my time is just coming out the Internet and there were not these options that exist today.

Based on this experience each of these jobs have their advantages and disadvantages, working outside the home with a paid salary is good considering the experience that you can acquire and I think this is one of the things that I am grateful for having worked in various places, the experience I got for me is important and I recommend to the kids who are new graduates that they can have that experience that only comes from having worked outside the home.

Another thing that I see as an advantage is that you have a stipulated salary no matter what you do, you know that you will have that money, plus benefits and other benefits that working in a good company can have.

Now when we work as Freelance it is different, our monthly income depends on what we do, some months are very good and others not so good, the time is established by us, that is something I love, since we can do many things and take our time for the work, although as freelance we also have more responsibilities and we must be very planned so that everything can go in the best way.

As a freelancer we can choose what we want to work on, what interests we like, and even choose the clients we want to work with.

The freelancer has the responsibility to manage the billing and marketing that will be done for your company, unlike the company that they are the ones who manage it, and the employee only fulfills the function for the function that was hired.

Although freelancers have a little more work and process to achieve the goal set, I prefer freelance work at home, as it has given me the opportunity to have the freedom of time to do many things, and be with my family, in fact before when I worked in an office and met a schedule I felt imprisoned, suffocated, and I would not want to go back to work like that. I prefer freelance work a thousand times.

Estamos en la era de la tecnología y es muy fácil trabajar desde casa y de hecho ahora muchos jóvenes y adultos han optado por está opción, recuerdo cuando mi época apenas está saliendo el Internet y no habían estas opciones que existen hoy en día.

En base a esta experiencia cada uno de estos trabajos tienen sus ventajas y desventajas, trabajar fuera de casa con un salario remunerado es bueno viéndolo en base a la experiencia que pode.os adquirir y creo que esto es una de las cosas que agradezco de haber trabajado en varios lugares, la experiencia que obtuve para mi es importante y recomiendo a los chicos que son nuevos graduados que puedan tener esa experiencia que solo lo da el haber trabajado fuera de casa.

Otra de las cosas que veo como ventaja es que tienes un sueldo estipulado hagas lo que hagas, sabes que contarás con ese dinero, además de prestaciones y otros beneficios que puede tener el trabajar en una buena empresa.

Ahora cuando trabajamos como Freelance es diferente, nuestros ingresos mensuales dependen de lo que hagamos, algunos meses son muy buenos y otros no tanto, el tiempo lo establecemos nosotros eso es algo que me encanta, ya que podemos hacer muchas cosas y tomar nuestro tiempo para el trabajo, aunque como freelance también tenemos más responsabilidades y debemos ser muy planificados para que todo pueda marchar de la mejor manera.

Como freelance podemos elegir en que queremos trabajar, cuales son los intereses que nos gustan, y hasta elegir los clientes con quienes queremos trabajar.

El freelance tiene la responsabilidad de gestionar la facturación y el marketing que va a realizar para su empresa, a diferencia de la empresa que ellos son los que la gestionan, y el empleado solo cumple la función para la función que fue contratado.

A pesar de que los freelances tienen un poco más de trabajo y proceso para lograr llegar a la meta planteada, yo prefiero el trabajo freelance en casa, ya que me ha dado la oportunidad de tener libertad de tiempo para realizar muchas cosas, y estar con mi familia, de hecho antes cuando trabajaba en oficina y cumplía un horario me sentía presa, sofocada, y no quisiera volver a trabajar así. Prefiero mil veces el trabajo Freelance.
