Happy start of the week friends! I hope you had a great time, I don't want to pass up the opportunity to celebrate that WEEKEND EXPERIENCES reached its 200th week. It has become one of my favorite communities on my days off, with interesting topics. Thanks to @galenkp for creating this space.

This theme reminds me of the famous Blue Lagoon and Shipwrecked movies. Without further ado, let's begin....

If you were stranded alone on a tropical island for the rest of your life (no chance to leave) and you could wish someone to be there with you, but in doing so you would leave them stranded there for the rest of their life as well (you would both die there). eventually), would you do it and why, or why not?

I would definitely take my partner @alfinger with me, we have been together for 8 years. Once we get there we would look for the positive side to that situation, between the two of us we could solve the problems that come our way on the island, we have been a good match and I'm sure that would not be the exception.

And although I know that there will be days when we feel overwhelmed, we will have each other. We would learn to fish, remembering those youtube videos we once watched. I consider myself creative and handy with my hands, we could build a home. Of course, we would never stop looking for a way out, but without getting overwhelmed for not making it, it would be our common goal while enjoying life together.

From my point of view it's not about being selfish, thinking about your favorite person with whom you could get through a situation like this, hypothetically speaking, is more than perfect, it's about the trust and peace of mind that person gives you. I agree with you, I would want my partner there and no one else. I think this is easy to say though as I know he would be ok with it; I think maybe some might resent being torn away from their life. For my partner and I it would be the most amazing and enjoyable thing to be secluded away from the rest of the world like that.
