Pic1000 - Maybe A Pelican Needs It's Peace Too

By the calm blue waters stands a pelican.
With feathers a mix of white and brown.
And a pink beak that points high to the sky
What a beauty to behold
Perched on a rock all on its own.
Feathers fluttering in the cool wind.
Eyes almost closed to sleep
By the water bank that's deep.
Is it enjoying the scenery?
The sunset that paints up the evening sky?
Or the tranquillity and peace within?
Maybe it waits for its night meal
A fish swims by but the pelican remains still
It didn't move or did it flinch.
Maybe a pelican needs its peace too.
Just like humans a time to think and reminisce too.

Animals for sure need their peace and take time to relax and digest their moments/days. Unlike humans ignoring their instinct idolizing their shdinks, burnouts and mental breakdowns.
