Smap round 143. Ducks from the Nainari Lagoon. (EN/ES)

Thank you dear @nelinoeva for the invitation to participate in the Show me a Photo contest Round 143. This is a good oportunity for sharing our captures of the short-legged birds.

I love interacting with animals, which is why I fully enjoy being given any opportunity to socialize with them. Today I want to share photos of an encounter I had with very adorable ducks from Laguna Del Nainari in Obregón, Sonora, Mexico.
This lagoon is around 2 km in diameter; one of its main attractions is the presence of ducks of different species.
I was able to observe different types of ducks such as the Tufted white duck, which, as its name suggests, has a bow on its head, I also saw the spotted duck, German Pekin duck (white with yellow legs) and the Muscovy duck (with a red head).

They are used to visitors giving them food. They are very intelligent and most are distrustful but there are always some who prefer to take risks to eat, because the competition is great.

When I arrived I approached them and pretended to give them food but they looked and when they didn't see food they didn't come closer, so I was forced to buy them a bag of seeds that a saleswoman prepared for them. Now, what a delight! They all came towards me and I managed to get some of them to eat out of my hand.

I select the first photo for the contest because I like the duck's expression when it sees that my hand is empty, it is telling me: what do you think? I'm a smart duck! You don't have food there, that's why I don't go any closer, haha.

Patos de la Laguna del Nainari
Un saludo cordial a todos los amigos de esta bella comunidad.
Gracias querida @nelinoeva por la invitación a participar en el concurso Muéstrame una Foto Ronda 143. Esta es una buena oportunidad para compartir nuestras fotos de las aves de patas cortas.
Yo amo interactuar con los animales, por eso disfruto plenamente cuando se me da cualquier oportunidad de socializar con ellos. Hoy quiero compartirles fotos de un encuentro que tuve con patos muy adorables de la Laguna Del Nainari en Obregón, Sonora, México.
Esta laguna consta de alrededor de 2 km de diámetro, una de sus principales atracciones es la presencia de patos de diferentes especies.
Pude observar diferentes tipos de patos como el pato blanco Moñudo que como su nombre indica, tiene un moño en su cabeza, también vi el pato moteado, pato Pekin Alemán (blanco de patas amarillas) y el pato Muscovy (de cabeza roja).
Ellos están acostumbrados a que los visitantes les demos comida. Son muy inteligentes y la mayoría son desconfiados pero siempre hay algunos que prefieren arriesgarse para comer, porque la competencia es grande.
Cuando llegué me les acerqué y simulaba que les echaba comida pero ellos miraban y al no ver comida no se acercaban, por lo cual me vi obligada a comprarles una bolsita de semillas que una vendedora prepara para ellos. ¡Ahora sí, qué delicia! Vinieron todos hacia mí y logré que algunos comieran de mi mano.

Selecciono la primera foto para el concurso porque me gusta la expresión del pato al ver que mi mano está vacía, me está diciendo: ¿Qué piensas? ¡Yo soy un pato inteligente! Ahí no tienes comida por eso no me acerco más, jaja.
