Many Houses Are Now Underwater! Literally. But soon the houses will be worthless
House prices have not fallen off a cliff yet.
However, days on market are getting longer and longer.
Publicized open houses are getting no visitors.
People are lowering the prices slowly, however, you have to really lower the price to get action on the property.
People are pulling out of contracts for houses. Just abandoning the money the placed as collateral on unfinished homes. Home builders are abandoning homes, or finishing them to rent.
The suburban housing market is getting ugly.
Things are happening, not like before
We are at the beginning of the great migration.
This is where people around the world move to be with the people they feel akin to.
These people will set up communities in places that, afore to now, weren't good spots to build.
Things like being near to electric lines, river, highways will no long be considered as important in choosing a place to live. In fact, the exact opposite may be beneficial.
So, all the places that are considered desirable now, (and so expensive) will become undesirable as things in cities break down even further.
Cities are going to become a death trap
Many cities have only a few ways to get out of them, and if even a whole percent of the people want to leave, well there is not enough roads for them to do it.
Fiery, but mostly peaceful protests are coming back. And that is nothin. Soon their will be Insane, but mostly hangry food riots. The food riots will happen. Whether the mother WEFers instigate them or not. The water and power can be shut off at any time, and there appears to be plans to control that, to use that to control people. (that is what the smart meters are for)
You are going to want to get out of the cities and to a place where you can grow food.
The ice age is upon us.
We will see this winter just how bad winters will be in the future. It is not going to return to normal. Glaciers are going to start forming, meaning places are not going to thaw like usual.
This also means changing weather patterns. More rain than usual in many places. Like, have you seen New York this week? This will be the new normal. All that expensive land in New York City, is going to be literally underwater.
The coastal lands are not going to be stable. The sea levels are going to be rising and all that industry on the coast will go with it. Storms and changing tides will make it impossible to build permanent residences there. It will be good for nomadic people. People who can move out to sea when things happen on land, and visa-versa.
Your new home will need to be in a place that will not be frozen over year round... unless you like living under a blanket of ice.
Demographics are the future
Suburban house prices are going to zero.
How do you maintain a house price, a demand for housing when one out of every two houses is empty? (or worse)
- Boomers are moving out - into retirement homes or funeral plots
- VAXXXed are dying faster and faster. Sudden Adult Deaths are now a thing, and the larger waves are ahead of us.
- Real, well paying jobs are disappearing.
- Heating costs are going to continue to climb. You won't be able to afford to heat a poorly insulated house.
- Infrastructure is breaking down. Whole areas may be abandoned by the utilities.
- The businesses that supported a city are disappearing. (in many cases have disappeared.)
- There is little reason to stay in a city, and so many reasons to not be anywhere near these flash points.
It is no joke that in the near future entire tracts of suburban houses will just be left abandoned. Enterprising young men and women will be going through these places removing anything valuable. Like the plumbing, electrical and windows.
We are getting to the last point in time where you will be able to sell your house.
I think BlackRock will continue to buy houses in certain areas, but that will disappear soon too.
After that, there is nothing.
You will sell your house, if you can, to someone for the cash they have.
Sooooo, the price will drop from a million dollars to a few thousand.
And then they will drop to zero as too many lay empty.
I suggest everyone find their "family". Find your homestead. Grow food and family.

You sound like a prophet of doom.
It is only doom if you hold onto the old way.
And it is not really much of a prophet to say that blue cities which are erupting into riots and going to burn down / have hardships.
Opposed to doom, i believe we will be much better off when we find our groups where we will have people we can actually be friends with and have each other's backs.
No thanks, if I am forced to rumble on their behalf to save us all I would, anything other than that it would take them less than a day to exile me to another group. Put me in a room with people for one hour and by the time that hour is up I (for some unexplained reason) will have that whole room arguing about shit we didn't go there to discuss. It never fails so I assume it's something to do with me because I, at that point, am the only common denominator.
