There is a point that we need to align ourselves with emotion, so one of the things that can be is to do lots of activities that can make you feel you can express your emotions. One of the things I usually do is baking cakes, trying new recipes and do something in my garden. The three things are one way for me to be in tune with emotions.

I love cooking, trying new recipes or just baking a cake or dessert for myself. How to express feelings by concentrating on an activity and we can heal because of it. Then the food we have to cook can be give to other people and I will be very happy if I get good feed back such as praise because it tastes good or the food I cooked runs out in a short time. Are you thing same as me?

For this reason, many people say that I am very diligent at cooking or good at cooking, even though basically I just want to deal with my emotions. So, it benefits me. Everyone has their own preferences, so you can also deal with your emotions in other ways too, for example shopping or gardening?

So, this is my second day of menstruation, you know that menstruation will be very painful for women such as stomach cramps, lethargy, even emotions that easily overflow like an erupting mountain. This is what makes women have to be good at dealing with emotions which are quite tricky.

Believe me, that first day of menstruation is really very painful and you will probably really need someone else's help. During this month's period, my stomach doesn't cramp as much as usual, but for some reason I feel like I'm so angry, my emotions are overflowing whether it's because of anger or happiness. I can change my mood in a short time and its enough to make my husband confuse with my mood. Fortunately he knew that I in need of help.

In case, he brought me bananas and some other fruit. Believe it or not, bananas are one of the fruits that you must eat during menstruation, cause banana have lots of vitamins contain in them which will help you to minimize pain due to menstruation.

After eating a few bananas and that was enough to fill me up, there were leftover bananas that were slightly brown and that would make them rotten the next day. So, I don't think there's anything wrong with making something out of these bananas. it seems, banana cake is an interesting idea for me to try. Indeed, bananas always have interesting things to make sweet dessert ideas, especially if you add chocolate, they are good friends as a snack.

Ingredients

I tried to make banana cake as usual, but this time I made it in a simple form with quite a lot of chocolate filling. There are several materials that I use such as:

  • 200 ml of vegetable oil
  • 100 gr of flour
  • 3 eggs
  • 100 gr of sugar
  • ½ tsp Baking powder double acting
  • 1 tsp chocolate jam
  • 75 gr of compound chocolate
  • Vanilla extract

I can totally relate to you when it comes to menstrual struggles. Emotions become unstable. Good thing you have an outlet to release tensions during this period. I also love to try baking. Thank you for sharing your recipe.😊
