How are you all doing? Today, I've brought a brand-new recipe with a unique twist for you. This dish not only adds beauty to your dining table but also serves as a nutritious addition to your rice plate.
The recipe features snake gourd, which transforms into a delightful and flavorful meal that I highly encourage you to try. It's simple and quick to prepare while retaining its nutritional value. Let's dive in and explore how to prepare this delicious and wholesome dish!
Method of making....
🍀 A piece of snake gourd.
🍀 1 small Carrot.
🍀 A medium sized tomato.
🍀 2 Egg.
🍀 2 green chillies or kochi pods.
🍀 A medium sized onion.
🍀 1 teaspoon crushed chili powder.
🍀 1/2 teaspoon of pepper powder.
🍀 Salt as needed.
🍀 2 1/2 tablespoon of coconut oil.
Method of making....
1 Step.
First, take a piece of snake gourd and remove the ridges on the surface using a knife. Wash it thoroughly to clean. At the same time, remove the seeds inside.
Next, cut the snake gourd into round slices, approximately 1/2 inch thick. Along with this, slice the tomatoes, onions, and green chilies finely.
2 Step.
Next, take a bowl and crack two eggs into it. Add the finely chopped onions, carrots, green chilies, and tomatoes to the eggs. Mix everything well together.
3 Step.
Next, add chili powder, black pepper powder, and salt to taste into the mixture. Mix everything thoroughly again and set it aside.
4 Step.
Then, take a pan and place it on the stove. Add about 2 tablespoons of coconut oil and heat it until the oil is hot. Once ready, arrange the round-cut snake gourd slices around the pan. Pour the prepared egg mixture into the center of each snake gourd slice. Cover the pan and let it cook for about 2 minutes. After that, flip the pieces over and fry the other side for another 2 minutes. Once both sides are golden and cooked, remove them from the pan.
