simple way to cook grilled shrimp

Serving a delicious lunch is certainly every person's dream. One of the delicious dishes for Indonesians is shrimp, which is rich in protein which is very much needed by the body, besides sufficient fiber and vitamins.

Shrimp is a very popular seafood for Indonesian people, a food source that contains a lot of protein that is very beneficial for our bodies, the choice of shrimp as a daily food menu has become the choice of many people besides its delicious taste it also has various benefits, so it is not wrong if we always consume shrimp, whether cooked in any way, it is no less delicious, usually I often fry shrimp, but this time I will try to cook it by grilling it on a treflon by coating the shrimp with various sauces of my own concoction.

Coincidentally, my mother brought me shrimp from the market, so I thought about grilling them on a treflon, adding sauce and other spices, to make it taste delicious, this is also my mother's favorite. Apart from cooking it with coconut milk, my mother also likes grilling shrimp like this, it's really very easy to do. but it also tastes delicious,

Ingredients

10 shrimps
Sweet soy sauce
Chili sauce
Margarine
2 cloves garlic
A little pepper

Previously, I cleaned the shrimp first, then I marinated the shrimp with salt and lime juice.

Next, I puree the garlic and merica using a blender, then add it to the shrimp.

Take a frying pan, spread a little margarine on it, then pour in the shrimp that have been marinated in the sauce.

Put the shrimp in the grill pan and cook until done, until the sauce reduces a little, then add a little Royco.

Cook until the shrimp are cooked and the sauce has reduced a little, and as a complement I added pak choi mustard greens

My grilled shrimp is ready to be eaten with my beloved family, eaten with hot rice and pak choy vegetables, it is even more delicious, the combination of the fresh, sweet taste of shrimp and the addition of spicy sauce plus whole chilies that are really spicy, hehhe..
