A day on a mindfulness journey. Community Contest #226 [EN - ES]

As I gaze out of the wet window on this new morning, sipping my hot coffee from a vibrant red ceramic cup, I feel a sense of tranquillity. This is a unique moment in my daily routine, watching the same frenetic rhythm of the city repeat itself with the precision of a Swiss watch.
I feel the cold kitchen floor beneath my feet and the warmth of my hands cradling the coffee cup. Knowing that when it's over, the energy of the caffeine will make me think... ‘Today is going to be a great day’. Let's live it and make it count.

On the way to the metro, I decided to take a different route. Although I don't live far from the station, there are always alternatives, even if it means tracing different imaginary lines on the pavement. The city's morning scent begins to fill the air, and at the metro entrance, bustling people seem frantic, trying to beat the clock. I pull out my book from its case and feel an irresistible urge to touch the pages already worn by library users. This adds an extra layer of sensation, along with the memorable work of the author's creativity that I now have privileged access to. The use of the book by previous readers also seems to shout out a whole new narrative of experiences and emotions. I could open my Notion on the tablet and prepare for my day at work, but all the energy and vibes tell me I should blend into this unique energy and the day vibe.

I finally arrive at work, and the corporate environment seems familiar, full of colleagues and managers fascinated by how busy they appear to be chasing goals at 9 am.

I sit down and approach this environment as a time when I must create value in my work. Fortunately, work is nothing more than navigating various stages of the day, often painted black by our colleagues, but I only like a few styles of soft cyber goth in black. 😁

I like to look out of the windows and try to understand what the day is telling me since I'm not outside... it's raining, but the drops of water seem to convey something magical... I'd like to feel a few drops on my hands, so I don't hesitate to step into the cold in the open stairwell that serves the floor of the corporate building.

Back at home in the comfort of my sofa, I thought that today was a good day. I freely went about my day living according to what I felt, even though everyday life often pulls us into an incessant search for objectives and goals.

For me, Living is the only purpose on life.

Mientras miro por la húmeda ventana en esta nueva mañana, sorbiendo mi café caliente de una vibrante taza vibrante de cerámica roja, siento una sensación de tranquilidad. Es un momento único en mi rutina diaria, viendo cómo el mismo ritmo frenético de la ciudad se repite con la precisión de un reloj suizo.
Siento el frío suelo de la cocina bajo mis pies y el calor de mis manos acunando la taza de café. Sabiendo que cuando termine, la energía de la cafeína me hará pensar... 'Hoy va a ser un gran día'. Vivámoslo y hagamos que cuente.

De camino al metro, decidí tomar una ruta diferente. Aunque no vivo lejos de la estación, siempre hay alternativas, incluso trazando diferentes líneas imaginarias en la acera. El aroma matinal de la ciudad empieza a llenar el aire, y a la entrada del metro, la gente bulliciosa parece frenética, tratando de adelantarse al reloj. Saco mi libro de la funda y siento un impulso irresistible de tocar las páginas ya gastadas por los usuarios de la biblioteca. Esto añade una capa extra de sensación, junto con la memorable obra de la creatividad del autor a la que ahora tengo acceso privilegiado. El uso del libro por lectores anteriores también parece gritar toda una nueva narrativa de experiencias y emociones. Podría abrir mi Notion en la tableta y prepararme para mi día de trabajo, pero toda la energía y las vibraciones me dicen que debo fundirme con esta energía única y con la vibración del día.

Por fin llego al trabajo, y el entorno corporativo me resulta familiar, lleno de compañeros y directivos fascinados por lo ocupados que parecen estar persiguiendo objetivos a las 9 de la mañana.

Me siento y afronto este entorno como un momento en el que debo crear valor en mi trabajo. Afortunadamente, el trabajo no es más que navegar por varias etapas del día, a menudo pintadas de negro por nuestros colegas, pero sólo me gustan algunos estilos de gótico cibernético suave en negro. 😁

Me gusta mirar por las ventanas e intentar entender lo que me dice el día, ya que no estoy fuera... llueve, pero las gotas de agua parecen transmitir algo mágico.... Me gustaría sentir unas gotas en mis manos, así que no dudo en adentrarme en el frío de la escalera abierta que da servicio a la planta del edificio corporativo.

De vuelta en casa, en la comodidad de mi sofá, pienso que hoy ha sido un buen día. Me dediqué libremente a vivir de acuerdo con lo que sentía, a pesar de que la vida cotidiana a menudo nos arrastra a una búsqueda incesante de objetivos y metas.

Para mí, Vivir es el único propósito de la vida..
