Why I must be successful #222

Talking about my inspirations it's more than just one person but if there is one person that whenever I read her work I tell myself to keep working her until I get the opportunity to meet her then that person is Chimamnda Ngozi Adichie. She is a Nigerian contemporary writer and public speaker. who painted a new shade of the feminism movement.

While discussing with meta AI, it stated that she is the one person with a very unique stand in feminism and questions a lot of believes from the traditional feminisms. And yes, she is. I remember vividly in her TEDx talk where she stated that

This definition would forever stuck in my head because yes. Feminism isn't about fighting for who should be at the top it is all about treating a woman better and even a male can be part of that movement.
I love her works and the first of her work I read was PURPLE HIBISCUS if you haven't read then I highly recommend.
She is a true African whom always identify with her African root even though she studied in America. If you read her background you will definitely fall in love with her. Infact, she is an icon to behold. So, yes I'm not giving up until I become successful enough that I can have an easy access to her.

One more thing that motivates me is because I want to be a figure people would look up to and for me to do that, I must show results.
The only reason I admire chimamanda so much is because of the results I saw. So, for me to achieve my goal of being a leading voice in what I'd call the refined feminism movement I need to show results.
When I saw the refined feminism movement I mean being a feminist who knows that yes, the man is stronger. Not just knowing but admits it because I don't carry heavy things.
I mean, being a feminist that admits that it's not everything a man can do that a woman can do better. I mean, being a feminist that is happily married and playing her motherly role. And for me to achieve that, like I said earlier, results must be constant.

Because I can't stand in front of camera and and tell women and young girls how they can be successful if they are not seeing the evidence. So, I'd keep working heard until I become a living proof that a woman can be successful.
