It was a hard time when I was locked at my home for more than six months. The world was passing through a difficult time and everyone was hopeless. I was also disappointed to lose my job which I gained instantly after my graduation. But Covid 19 just hit the world and shattered our dreams.

One day, I was sitting in my lounge, when one of my friends texted me about platforms that pay us for just sharing our thoughts. At first I didn't believe her and never paid heed to what she said. After many days, she again texted me when she withdrew her money.

I was amazed to hear this and decided to give it a try. She shared the link to two platforms. One was uptrend and the other was Hive. I signed up the both but started to work on the uptrend as I find it easy to write a few words instead of writing a whole article.

I worked there day and night and earned so many tokens. I was waiting for the right time to withdraw my tokens to make a good profit. But one day, when I woke up and opened my account there was a post pinned on the home page of Uptrend and it was about the CEO who scammed thousands of people and went away with their tokens.

I was also disappointed and sad to lose my tokens. After a few days, I decided to work on Hive. At first, it was difficult for me to write long articles but when I got paid for my hard work, I was satisfied. I got my first withdrawal and gifted my nephew his favorite dress. Hive is the only platform, which made me believe that we can get paid for just writing in our comfort zone. I am thankful to my friend who introduced me to Hive.

I remember the sad ending of Uptrend, I was at hive back then but a friend told me to check Uptrend out so I did and I joined short after and althogh I never really understood it all.. I posted and commented alot 😉 and I still have contact with 2 of the Guardians.
It was sad when Uptrend closed down and it was a hard time for many who lost alot.

But good thing you found your way over to hive and that you could earn money for cute dress for your nephew 😊 this is a good place to be and so many amazing people that makes this place the best.
