LOH Contest #162: I do believe in fidelity// Past or future? 🤔 (En-Es)

Hello everyone and welcome to my blog. Today I want to talk about the two topics proposed by the Ladies of Hive community, since both seem to me very good and interesting. On one hand we have the theme of lifelong fidelity, which seems to me the most beautiful thing that can be in a relationship and that nowadays it has been lost. On the other hand, two very interesting options: to see the past or the future, what to choose? Undoubtedly both options have their advantages and disadvantages. Join me on this path to reflection.

#1 Do you believe in lifelong fidelity?

My answer to this first question could not be other than: Of course I do! And it could not be other than this since I am very much in love with my husband and at the same time, I feel very much loved by him. I think this is a very decisive factor when it comes to giving an opinion regarding this subject, since right now I can say that I cannot imagine my life without my husband, I am not attracted to anyone else nor do I think it could be possible for me to be unfaithful to him, I literally do not think there is anyone else for me but him. I feel this way because I know that what we have is true love and we both have a lot of trust and respect for each other.

The fact of being faithful I also see it as a decision, because we each have free will to do what we want, but it is the fact of loving each other so much that keeps us on the right path, on the path of growing together and solving the problems that may arise in the relationship. That way there is no room for infidelity. So yes, I do believe that two people can be faithful forever, as long as they love and respect each other.

#2 Which would you prefer: to be able to see the future or to be able to see the past?

No doubt these are two very interesting options and each can have its advantages and disadvantages. I think if I had the option I would choose to see my future, although not everything, I definitely would not want to see my death or the death of anyone I love. I think just seeing the next 10 years would be fine. That way I could see if I have a good future, I don't ask for much, just to know that I am happy with the people I love, that I have a home and a good job.

I would also like to know if I made any serious mistakes, so I can learn from them and not make them again. Above all, the best thing would be to come back to the present and not get so overwhelmed by what might happen, since I would know that everything would turn out well and so I could focus on what I want for life.

Hola a todos y bienvenidos a mi blog. Hoy quiero hablar sobre los dos temas propuestos por la comunidad de Ladies of Hive, ya que ambos me parecen muy buenos e interesantes. Por un lado el tema de la fidelidad, que me parece lo más bonito que puede haber en una relación y que hoy en día se ha perdido tanto. Por otro lado dos opciones muy interesantes: ver el pasado o el futuro, ¿qué escoger? Sin dudas ambas opciones tienen sus ventajas y desventajas. Acompañénme en este camino a la reflexión.

#1 ¿Crees en la fidelidad de por vida?

Mi respuesta a esta primera pregunta no podría ser otra que: ¡Claro que sí! Y no podría ser otra que esta puesto que estoy sumamente enamorada de mi esposo y a la vez, me siento muy amada por él. Creo que esto es un factor muy decisivo a la hora de dar una opinión con respecto a este tema, ya que ahora mismo puedo decir que no me imagino mi vida sin mi esposo, no me atrae ninguna otra persona ni creo que pueda ser posible que le sea infiel, literalmente no creo que haya más nadie para mí que él. Me siento así porque sé que lo que tenemos es amor verdadero y ambos nos tenemos mucha confianza y respeto mutuo.

El hecho de ser fiel también lo veo como una decisión, pues cada uno tiene libre albedrío para hacer lo que queramos, pero es el hecho de amarnos tanto el que nos mantiene por el camino correcto, por el camino de crecer juntos y resolver los problemas que se puedan presentar en la relación. De esta forma no hay lugar para la infidelidad. Así que sí, si creo que dos personas puedan ser fieles para siempre, siempre y cuando se amen y se respeten.

#2 ¿ Qué preferirías: ser capaz de ver el futuro o ser capaz de ver el pasado?

Sin dudas son dos opciones muy interesantes y cada una puede tener sus ventajas y desventajas. Creo que si tuviera la opción escogería ver mi futuro, aunque no todo, definitivamente no me gustaría ver mi muerte o la de ninguna persona que amo. Creo que con solo ver los próximos 10 años estaría conforme. Así podría ver si tengo un buen futuro, no pido mucho, solo saber que soy feliz con las personas que amo, que tengo un hogar y un buen trabajo.

También me gustaría saber si cometí algún error muy grave, para así poder aprender de eso y no volver a cometerlo. Sobre todo, lo mejor sería volver al presente y no agobiarme tanto por lo que pueda pasar, ya que sabría que todo iba a salir bien y así poder enfocarme en lo que quiero para la vida.
