Iziar's fight against the Chaos Legion | Community Engagement Challenge

Here starts the story of Iziar. the legend that rose above the Chaos Legion and defeated it all. A unit that I love having to lead my warriors into battle. Without beating the drums too much, starting from the lore, the true origin and story of Iziar begins... For centuries, the storm giants of Agniavas stood apart from the chaos of the splinter realms. As the Chaos Legion spread its blight across the lands, burning forests and turning rivers to poison, the ancient prophecies stirred within Iziar’s soul. The last of the Blesog could not ignore the cries of the Life splinter any longer. She clutched the amulet that held her unborn children’s essence and whispered a promise to them: she would leave the peaks to ensure they would be born into a world worth living in. Like every parent wishes for their children...

Origins and skills

Her descent from the Agniavas was heralded by tempests. Thunder roared, lightning split the sky, and her massive form wreathed in swirling winds became a beacon of hope for those who dared resist the Chaos Legion. Farmers and warriors alike looked to the storm-covered mountains, their prayers for salvation answered. Born from magic, Iziar can easy escape it, while being able to strike back harder than ever. She's eclipsing everyone on the battlefield and attacks are pouring down on her like ice rain. And even in death she blesses the remaining warriors and boosts up their courage and skills like there's no tomorrow. These are the last signs of victory as inner force spreads across the battlefield and the enemies run scared for their lives. It is clear now in the mist of the battle... there is no tomorrow for those that encounter the Iziar.

Battles that she fought

In one of the most decisive battles, the Chaos Legion laid siege to the city of Varoth. Outnumbered and surrounded, the defenders had little hope. But then, from the distant horizon, came the howling winds. Iziar arrived with a storm that shook the heavens. She summoned a hurricane to scatter the Legion’s siege forces and turned their ranks into chaos. As the city’s defenders poured out to join the battle, she unleashed her signature attack: bolts of magic lightning that danced through the enemy ranks, each strike guided by her psychic.

Not maxed out, but at level 3 she has all the skills while lacking one more magic power damage. That could be decisive sometimes, but even like this it is quite competitive and has enough juice in order to turn the balance in my favor. Nevertheless, I wouldn't mind if I succeed to max it out in the near future. 😀

The decisive battle to protect what's right

The final confrontation came at the heart of the Chaos Legion’s stronghold. Iziar led an alliance of humans, elves, and dwarves into the fray. The demon lord commanding the Legion mocked her, calling her a relic of a forgotten age. But as the skies darkened above, and the winds carried her battle cry, it was clear Iziar was the storm incarnate. With a final, deafening strike of lightning, she obliterated the demon and his fortress.

The Splinterlands were saved, though scarred by battle. Iziar returned to the mountains, her mission complete. As she gazed at the horizon, she felt the stirrings of life within her. She had won a world where her children could grow in peace—a legacy of hope born from the storm. By harvesting the power from within, she left a legacy for all to follow even in the hardest times. A lesson given by example, a martyr that still lives and responds whenever is called upon.
