I love to cook and my home has always prepared all kinds of meals because the whole family has been characterized by performing well in the kitchen, we like to enjoy those moments when we all together make typical dishes of the region and the country, even meals from other places.

   The most traditional meals pass through our table every day, from the popular arepas that identify us as a nation with all their wide variety of fillings to the most delicious stews and soups, even prepared in firewood, which is very typical of my region.

   But I, in particular, who am a lifelong lover of junk food, like to prepare with my children on weekends or on special occasions, the famous hamburgers in which we put on the table all the possible ingredients so that everyone can build their own hamburger in their own style.

   The hamburger is the food we like the most and it is something we have in common. When we buy food to take home we almost always bet on good hamburgers, that's why we learned to prepare them and whenever we get together we make them with many fillings to everyone's taste, and of course, there is never lack of sauces that also some are homemade.

   If my children are going to remember the food at home, they have many moments to do so, but the hamburgers that are given here frequently at any time of the year, and the hallacas at Christmas, will always be the first to point in their thoughts.
