Hello, musical family of Vibes Web3. I am back this time with new reflections on this new installment of the contest in its 28th week.

I arrived at #VibesWeb3 recently actually, however I have been able to see, day by day, how a solid and positive community is articulated and harmonized. Vibes offers beyond the possibility of competing for a prize or monetizing with a post, a healthy and welcoming space for its participants, it is a musical embrace in which we can all take refuge and appreciate the human warmth and quality of those who make it feel like our home in the blockchain. I especially acknowledge the work and dedication of @lordbutterfly, @verbal-d, and @silentscreamer who allow the consistent functioning of this family.

That being said, I would like to focus on the musical performance of the contestants in week 28. Giving honor to whom it deserves is an act that, I believe, we should practice more; therefore I am pleased to declare that although I couldn't appreciate all the contestants' performances, I had access to many and I am impressed by the rising quality they display. Each one gave their best, each one put their talent to the best of their ability according to their interpretative resources and the technology available to them, and that deserves an ovation. Those included in the Honorable Mentions list could have been all, but we know that the competition must highlight some over others at the specialized discretion of some knowledgeable judges with a strong body of work.

Without further ado, I want to especially talk about my compatriot @isbelhiv02, who placed a spotlight on himself to give us a very original and personal take on Sia's Chandelier. I confess that before watching the video and listening him, I had my reservations because Sia imposes a challenge with her powerful voice and unique style on any theme from her repertoire for any performer. This young Cuban ventured and the result was an acoustic reinterpretation of the song, in his own style, with new modulations, giving another quality to this spectacular piece. His male voice managed to find expression without imitating or trying to reach the tremendous range of Sia. I believe that if he wins, it would be a fair verdict. Although, I point out, the 9 finalists have winning material: now presentations like those of @sekani or @thonykx01 come to mind, which offer abundant potential and that I particularly appreciated. Any of the 10 selected deserve to win sincerely.

I thank @lordbutterfly for providing the opportunity not only for us to express ourselves with our voices and our music in Vibes but also for giving us the incentive to reflect on the music that unites us beyond the competition, to advise, congratulate, applaud each other.

Hola, familia musical de Vibes Web3. Regreso está vez con nuevas reflexiones sobre esta nueva entrega del concurso en su semana 28.

Llegué a Vibes hace poco en realidad, sin embargo he podido comprobar, día a día, como se articula y armoniza una comunidad sólida y llena de buena vibra. Vibes ofrece más allá de la posibilidad de competir por un premio o monetizar con un post, un espacio sano y acogedor para sus participantes, es un abrazo musical en el que todos podemos refugiarnos y apreciar el calor humano y la calidad de los que lo vamos sintiendo nuestro hogar en la blockchain.
Reconozco, especialmente, el trabajo y la dedicación de @lordbutterfly , @verbal-d y @silentscreamer quienes permiten el funcionamiento coherente de esta familia.

Dicho esto, quisiera detenerme en el desempeño musical de los concursantes en la semana 28. Dar honor a quien lo merece es un acto que, creo, debemos practicar más; en consecuencia me place declarar que, aunque no pude apreciar todas las presentaciones de los concursantes, sí tuve acceso a muchas y me impresionan la calidad ascendente que ostentan. Cada uno dió lo mejor de sí, cada uno puso su talento a disposición lo mejor que pudo según sus recursos interpretativos y la tecnología a su alcance y eso merece una ovación. Los incluidos en la lista de Menciones Honoríficas pudieron ser todos, pero sabemos que la competencia debe destacar a algunos sobre otros a criterio especializado de unos jueces conocedores y con una obra sólida.

Sin más dilación quiero hablar especialmente de mi coterráneo @isbelhiv02, quien puso un candelabro sobre sí para entregarnos una muy original y personal apropiación de Chandelier de Sia. Confieso que antes de ver el vídeo y escucharle tuve mis reservas pues Sia impone, con su poderosa voz y su estilo único, un reto con cualquier tema de su repertorio para cualquier intérprete. Este joven cubano se aventuró y el resultado fue una reinterpretación acústica del tema, desde su estilo, con nuevas modulaciones, dando otra cualidad a este tema espectacular. Su voz masculina supo encontrar expresión sin imitar ni
pretender alcanzar los registros tremendos de Sia. Creo que , de ganar, sería justo el veredicto . Aunque, señalo, los 9 finalistas tienen material de triunfadores: ahora vienen a mí mente presentaciones como las de @sekani o @thonykx01, que ofrecen potencial abundante y que, particularmente aprecié mucho.
Cualquiera de los 10 seleccionados merece ganar, sinceramente.

Agradezco la oportunidad que @lordbutterfly ha dispuesto para que no solo podamos expresarnos con nuestras voces y nuestra música en Vibes, sino por darnos el incentivo también para reflexionar sobre la música que nos une, más allá de la competencia, aconsejar, felicitar , aplaudirnos.
