On first glance at the prompt for today "award for the lost" my thoughts flew into laughter as I thought of something being intentionally misplaced. I share a ZAPFIC50 story that's told in exactly 50 words. The challenge was created by @felt.buzz.

Alvin to his best friend, "My girlfriend is sick. On one hand I want to help...but."
"There's no BUT, man!"
"You don't understand. She posted a reward for the lost parrot."
"Naturally, and!"
"I helped it find a new home. Got tired of it mimicking daily, "GET A JOB FREELOADER!"
