My (Binance & more) Customer Support Story

Ever since I started working with computers, I was doing my best in learning how everything operates. This way I felt independent, and I could also help anyone who had issues or queries. It felt like being a live help-desk always available for my co-workers. It is always a pleasure for me, to this day, to create tutorials and share helpful information with my internet peers.

During my crypto journey, I take my hat off to the Binance online Support and I have many reasons to tell you why.

My Binance Story

I have been a Binance User for a long time, but the last 4 - 5 years I have been using it on a daily basis! I often have questions, and I have learnt to search online what I am looking for. If I cannot find a solution (or if I need to verify it), then I contact the Customer Support.

I have talked to Binance Customer Support 3 times. I was always surprised by their willingness to help, their immediate and to-the-point response, and the promptness of their responses.

Something else that I have noticed and am very impressed by it, is how they respond to any comment they see online.
(I have seen this on x and on reddit, I am sure they are also very active in other channels!)

How to contact Binance Support

.1. Through the Binance App
Open the app and click on the top right headset
You will see a list of frequently asked questions, click on the top field and ask a question there - or write live agent and you will be connected to a customer support representative

.2. If you are logged in Binance in a browser, you will see the headsets on the bottom right part - please click and follow the procedure

.3. If you have any issue with connectivity, you can also talk to support as a guest.
Just visit https://www.binance.com/en/chat and continue as a guest.

Tips & Suggestions

Please allow me to share with you some tips that you should always follow when you want to contact (any) customer support.

  • Make sure you do so from the official channel
  • Be nice and polite to them. They just do their job and help us the best way they can.
  • NOONE will ask you to share with them password or other delicate information
  • Be aware of messages that you may receive online, they are most probably a SCAM.
  • Noone will ask you to do something such as: visit a different website for help, call an unknown telephone number, send message with private information.
  • ALWAYS verify before you do ANY action that could result in risking your private information or loosing your funds.

Binance are sure swift in their response to complaints. They are my no 1 when it comes to centralized exchange.

I haven't had the need to contact customer support as I have never had any problems. Their buying prices are the best and there are no swapping fees. I only keep a small number of assets in their wallet because it's custodial.
