Cats' Book Mark for the Purr-fect Contest

Hello, good friends. It's been quite a while since I posted on hive. I've been working so much and my free time is little.

However, I couldn't pass up the opportunity to share this little piece of work for the cat contest.

I show you what I was able to do in such a short time. These are a couple of bookmarks. I have a lot of books, some I have read and many I have yet to read, so it's always important to have something to mark your reading.

I made these bookmarks with a cat motif and although I'm not good at drawing, I tried to make it as genuine as possible.

For this I only used cardboard, colors, highlighters, pencil, pen and scissors.

The first thing I did was to draw the felines. I know they are not a work of art, but I did my best.

Then, with a mixture of highlighters and black color, I colored them.

Then I cut out one of them by making a square on the long side, and the other one I cut out in an irregular shape.

Finally, with colors I shaded the parts that will mark the reading and then wrote a couple of messages with pencil.

And that was the result, friends. I hope you liked it and I will try to come back as often as possible. Working on making clothes is not very light. Take care of yourselves.
