Sunday Morning My Actifit Report Card: July 16 2023

Howdy , are you okey today
I hope that all of you are in good health so that you can carry out all your activities without any problems.

Today Sunday Morning, I did activities like the previous day, i.e. cycling i relaxed in the morning because it was Sunday, around 06.00 am after waking up and worshiping i started cycling. With approximately half an hour to cover the usual distance of 7 kilometers.

Then after finishing cycling I take a clean shower and clean my body, and don't forget to have breakfast, after that around 09.00 am I continue with a walk in the shopping center. Take a look at electronics, laptops, computers and etc.

That's the activity that I did this morning until noon to slightly reduce the feeling of boredom at work and exercise workouts sports.
