AFRI-TUNES WEEK 88| LOVE DON'T CARE BY SIMI (COVER)
Taday I will be performing the song Love don't care by Simi. Just like I have stated above, Simi is my favourite Nigerian female artist. I love the uniqueness of her voice, I live her style of music and I love her as an artist. Love don't care on the other is a song that upholds one of most crucial principle. As an individual, I believe in love without bounds. Everyone deserves love, and everyone deserves to choose whom to be with. In my own opinion, love should not judge. As a matter of fact, those who truly love you should accept you completely.
Many Nigerian parents so as to ensure that their children have a good [or even a better] life pay very close very attention to whom their children are falling in love with. It funny though, but that's the reality😀. In my own opinion, everyone should be allowed to make a choice when it's come whom he/she wants to be with. Advices can be given to them to make another choice, but it is totally out of place to force people out of love. In the words of Simi, love don't care who you are, where you are from, who you know or what you have. Notwithstanding our cultural barriers, notwithstanding our status, notwithstanding our family backgrounds, parents should learn to allow their children make choices ones it comes to whom they want to be with.
Dropping this post on Afritunes community today, I call on every parent who will come across this post to allow their children make their choice when it comes to whom they want to be with. Love is the most important thing to consider when it comes to marriage, and it be unfair to come between two people who love themselves genuinely. Like I said earlier, you can always give your parental advice, but allow them make their choice.
Have a wonderful week ahead. One love ✌️

Your reflection on the importance of allowing individuals to make their own choices in matters of love is profound. Love should indeed transcend cultural barriers, status, and family backgrounds.
