Ex Yugoslavian countries with all its history are pretty safe places. You really need to look for trouble to find one, or be really unlucky.

And yes in a lot of places smoking is still allowed. Technically they are not allowing smoking inside but they don't count those places as inside. For the Billiard club i was surprised. And even as an offender i do understand you. 🤷‍♂

oh and i do need to rewatch your presentation few more times. Feels like interesting and important, but my non tech brain that understands just bits and pieces of code, sometimes, needs a bit more to try to understand :)
