In April 2018 I weighed 310KG (683 pounds)
Now I am going along and losing Weight
As of June 13 2019 I am 255kg (562 Pounds)
As of June 19 2019 I am 252KG (555 Pounds)
As of June 29 2019 I am 244KG (537 pounds)
As of August 14 I am 228KG (502 Pounds)
My intention is to reach 110kg (242 Pounds)
